Everything was great.

The pool is amazing as is the location near to the beach and a short hop from the airport Stelios, Irene and their daughters have worked so hard over the years to provide an exceptionally well run B and B All good; lived up to expectation

A perfect little hotel N/a

Swimming pool closes at 19. No rosette next to bed. No tv controller. No tv channels ( turned it on by buttons) No liquid soap and shampoo.

Very welcoming, warm and nice staff. great value for the money. very central and safe. they are also extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast should improve. it's a bit light and not complete enough.

The staff were extremely helpful and overall you got way more than you paid for. It is such a good price and we will definitly come again! There wasn't anything we didn't like about the hotel. Perhaps the location of Kalamaki not being as amazing as the rest of Zakynthos, but it was still overall good, with a beach 5 minutes away.

Staff is very welcoming and ready to help you with any request, the pool is nice and room is cool Breakfast options are limited and the room’s toilet was stinky

The pool Nothing

Pool was clean and beautifully maintained with nice outdoor seating area and sun beds. Good location. Nice private balcony overlooking the pool. Nice grounds and well maintained gardens. Stellios was very obliging and helpful. Very poor internet. Had to re login every time you re entered room or go to pool area for better reception. Very frustrating. It would constantly drop out. Planes flew over the hotel from 6am to sometimes as late as 11pm. You got used to them and if you’re a plane spotter you would love it. If not it was a constant disruption every 15 mins at times.

Great location very close to supermarket and restaurants, bars. Rooms very clean and fantastic walk in shower with a glass closing doors. Lovely breakfast staff. Lots of wasps around the pool at the deep end, only used the pool for 5 minutes than went to a different hotel for lunch and drinks and used the pool. Not enough sunbeds or umbrellas. Breakfast ok . Would be nice for some fresh fruit and not tinned fruit.

The hotel, its pool and vegetation at the property are very nice. It feels cosier than other 3 or 4 stars hotels around. The apartment we got it's big, having two bathrooms and a big shower glass cabin that's very comfortable & useful for families with kids. The cleaning service was excellent. The talking parrot is a very interesting bird; in the past, I saw others, but this one is different; noticed after playing/loosing couple of table tennis games while looking at the parrot :) The breakfast service was also good. The outside shower for body and feet. 5 minutes walking to the beach and close to many restaurants, markets, tourism & car rentals agencies - a great way to find best prices and deals available; for instance we found a full insured car (by Merlis) for 40 euro/day (3 days rental period) while many rental companies asked for ~60 euro/day (some without full insurance). Also the nearest Happy Traveler agency offered us a discounted price for turtle spotting trip & the Turtle island 2 ways trip where my kids spent many hours snorkeling (at the end of the Marathonísi sandy beach we saw many colored fishes and an octopus). - Mosquito nets were broken, but perhaps not a problem for those preferring air conditioning; I usually prefer to leave all windows opened, especially during the evening and night. - well boiled eggs provided for 5 out of 7 breakfasts; anyway the 2 mornings they provided fried over easy/medium eggs, were enough to put me back on track :)

Everything was first class. From the smiling welcome we received from Stellios and the small team of girls, spotlessly clean rooms , comfortable bar and lounge area through to the quiet and relaxing good sized pool area. All other guests were so polite which always adds to a great stay. The location is fab too, only a few hundred metres from both Kalamaki beach in one direction and the same to Kalamaki main road with plenty nearby places to eat and drink. Its ideal for those seeking a peacful relax rather than those seeking late night nightclub scene and ideal for couples or mature families. We have been visiting Kalamaki for 16+ years and cant believe we havent stayed here before. Top of the list next year. Please pass on our thanks to your team Stellios.
