Absolutely everything was amazing! Perfect location, super friendly staff, and the whole stay exceeded my expectations.

Rooms are super small , really have space for nothing. Also air conditioner is opposite the bed( never I saw so strange position for ac) is very bad because u get sick fast and if u have a baby is no possible to use at night. Bed and pillows also was uncomfortable. If is hotel 4 starts and u are upgrade the Hotel I think the rooms also need to fix that guest can sleep good . Some staff from reception was annoying

The breakfast was great. The listing is misleading regarding parking. There is no reserved parking or allocation of one space per booking, as stated. In reality, there are only five parking spaces available for the entire complex, making it extremely difficult—if not impossible—to find a spot. Additionally, the outdoor parking is not secure. The rooms are significantly outdated, and the overall condition does not reflect the photos or description. We specifically chose this hotel because it mentioned reserved parking, which we only received on the first day. After requesting a space so I could safely park my car—the main reason for choosing this property—we noticed a clear change in the attitude of the staff. For the remainder of our stay, several team members treated us with visible discomfort or disapproval, which made our experience even more unpleasant.

The property offers a variety of child-friendly facilities, making it an excellent choice for families. It's within walking distance of Kalamaki Beach, a safe and enjoyable spot for kids. The evening entertainment was a highlight, featuring talented dancers and singers. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The property is conveniently located near the airport, which can result in some noise from air traffic during the day; however, flights typically stop around 11 PM, allowing for a quieter night. One drawback is that the rooms do not have locking mechanisms, so housekeeping may enter unexpectedly. Additionally, while the location is suitable for beachside relaxation, it may not be ideal for those looking to explore the entire island, as it takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour to reach the eastern, western, or northern regions.

Facilities and staff were great Beds would have been more comfortable

Property was super clean and the staff were amazing, especially the staff at the pool bar. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Greece, perfectly located between laganas and Tsilivi. If I had to be really picky the beds that are put together come apart when you sleep on them, but I don’t know a hotel that doesn’t do that. And it never caused an issue .

I LOVED the breakfast! So many options: from fresh fruits to gluten free options and so much more. The AC had a little issue, but it was promptly fixed

the focet/ inox things from bathroom needs to be changed. they are old and dirty.

The staff were friendly and very helpful indeed. The breakfast was superb - particularly the Greek dishes.

The pools were clean the grounds of the hotel were well kept, the food at the restaurant was good, but more vegetarian/ vegan options as main dishes would have been nice The pool bar serving lunch was very useful and affordable The proximity to the airport was not an issue for us Overall a good stay The ground level rooms tend to be humid The water from the splash pool for kids was always cold.

I chose this hotel based on recommendations in a Zakynthos Travel FB group. But reality was much above the reviews ! This hotel is really a secret diamond in Zakynthos! A quiet place for relax with full of friendship. The hotel is in Kalamaki, just right next to the nicest beach in Zakynthos (nesting beach, if you're lucky, you can see baby turtles), and 10 minutes on foot to the local shops and restaurants. There is 1 more little shop in the street (open between 10-17), where you can buy necessary things. The neighbourhood is extremely quiet, great for relax. Airport is 5 minutes by car, so you can see airplanes landing and taking off - for me it was great experience because I love them. Airplanes noise did not bother at all, because in the night there is no airplane traffic. Our room was big, comfortable and spotless clean (a nice lady refreshed it every day), with very good aircon and wifi, and with a big terrace. The hotel has 3 pools (one for only adults!), with lots of sunbeds. We paid HB and enjoyed 5* breakfast and dinner every day. Dinner is different every night (includes specialities e.g. Mediterrean, Asian, Italian, Greek), and it was so delicious that we gained extra kilos during this week. We also tried the pool bar for lunch, the food was really fine for reasonable price. And at the end the most important thing : this hotel is so great because great people works there. I could rarely meet so nice and helpful staff, who did their best to make the guests' holiday beautiful. I would like to thank them for all their efforts! Our holiday could not have been better. I hope I can come back one day. Just following the hotel's slogan : I arrived as guest, left as friend and come back as family member. Nothing. I can not find any minor issue.

From the moment we walked through the door we were welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff, and that continued throughout the stay. The photos on tripadvisor are pretty much what we experienced. The rooms are clean and the grounds are well kept. There was plenty of choice of food, both at breakfast and evening, with the added bonus of free juices and coffees at breakfast. The food was a good standard for what we paid. Pool-side snack bar for lunches had a really good menu and quality of food was better. A highlight was the Eden cocktail bar in the evenings, which had a lovely finish and vibe. Even after walking up and down the main strip, this place still stood out and lured us back each night - and the price were very reasonable. We never felt a reason to need to leave the hotel. We visited at the start of September - the main pool had plenty of beds and never seemed overcrowded. But a bonus for us was the adult-only pool. Calm and tranquil, and again never a shortage of beds to choose from. Overall a great four-night stay and we would look to return for a similar break in the future. A huge thanks to the hotel and staff for making it so enjoyable and relaxing. The rooms were clean, and were cleaned daily, but it felt like some areas were missed - and there were long hairs in the bathroom. It’s very close to the airport (great for a short journey) - the planes are loud but thankfully not too regular. Whilst a great selection of food, the quality of some of it could be better (however, good value for money).

Super super friendly staff! Nectaria and all of the reception team were exceptional. Since we were to leave super early on the last day, they anticipated the corresponding breakfast to the day we arrived, which was a pleasant surprise. They also managed to get us into a boat tour which we had not booked in advance, and it was amazing. Trust their recommendations and enjoy Zakynthos, which is beautiful! The hotel was very well taken care of. Our room was spacious and even included a nice balcony. The pool unfortunately closed too early.
