The hotel is very nice and fancy, and the staff is very polite. The bed was very good. The food was delicious. There was no shower for when you return from the beach, so you had to search around the pool for a shower to take the sand off your feet. The bathroom had no ventilation system. The beach is nice, but the hotel is not on the beach, so you had to walk 1-2 mins on the street to get there, with your kids, next to running cars. The airport is very close, so you hear all the planes landing, passing by just over the hotel.

Hotel was very clean. Close to the airport and the pool was lovely. The only down side for me was the lack of entertainment in the evening.

Spacious rooms, renovated, close to the beach. We had a view on the outside garden so we could see landing plains. However, proximity to the airport was not a problem and did not bother (flight were not very often and at night there were no flights), swimming pool was ok and hotel areas as well. "Cleaning" means only making beds and collecting rubbish, nothing more - from 4 star hotel I would expect something more. Breakfast only till 9:30, typical for British people (lot of fried food), everyday exactly the same products and dishes so I would not be able to eat such breakfast during 2 weeks, poor quality of juices and caffé was not very tasty. Air conditioning was made in a very economical way - devices were located on the balcony, so in the evening it was not comfortable to sit on the balcony because the main noise we heard was working air conditioning device located on the balcony of other room.

Location was quite enjoyable. Close to get everywhere on the island. Room didn’t match the pictures. Very small and also dirty. Got given 2 single beds instead of the double bed I booked. When I explain to reception, they told me booking a double bed doesn’t guarantee and it’s subject of availability, but the hotel never contacted me to tell me none was available. I would have change my booking for another hotel if I knew me and my partner were going to sleep in different beds for our anniversary. Number of towels were very limited. Had to struggle to get a couple more for my partner’s hair, once réception told me none was available. We also got back to the hotel 3 evenings in the row to find bed sheets on top of our bed and had to do the bed ourselves. Sink and shower haven’t got cleaned all week, neither does the floor. You have a mini fridge but they don’t make the effort to give you at least a bottle of water a day. We ran out 3 times of shower gel and shampoo as cleaners forgot to refill. Should I also mention that the beds by the swimming pool you see on the pictures on this website are missing and remplacés by plastic long chairs ??

Very close to the sea, great sandy beach, amazing place to spot airplanes whiches fly right overhead, many good restaurants nearby. Room was clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Weird bed, it didn't seem very stable, made loud crackle sounds when laying on it and trying to move.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Very good location, close to the airport only 12min. by car (Taxi from hotel cost approx. 15e), close to the nice Kalamaki beach just 200m walk. Quite a large selection for breakfast. We liked the possibility to have breakfast on the terrace. Small shop with various goods (especially drink water) next to the hotel. Gorgeous hotel gardens. We had to pay a deposit for beach towels,10e per piece and the lady at the reception told us that the towels are not changed every day, that we can keep it until the end of our stay, which is quite strange for a 4 star hotel. Empty mini-bar in the room. We didn't even get just still water in upon arrival at the hotel. No refilling of toiletries in bathrooms (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner)

It was really very clean. Breakfast buffet was always fresh, no flies and personal were there all the time to fill empty traces and clean spilled food at the buffe. You had to wear masks and disposable gloves while picking your food. Nice pool with some massage, jacuzzi by the pool and twa pools for children. It is close to the beach-two minutes walk. There is a small shop at the hotel. To the main street in Kalamaki you have to walk 10-15 minutes or take a taxi for 6 euros. The only thing I would name was that the breakfast was between 7.30-9.30. So if you want to have a lazy morning and sleep a bit longer you can miss your breakfast. It is not possible to take a breakfast to your room which was really bad. I was here with a child and I couldn't take even a glass of milk for him when he felt a bit ill and didn't want to go up for breakfast. Another thing was that they had no ala carte menu during the day. Most of guests had an all inclusive version we had only breakfast. We had to visit hotels nearby to eat during the day. Our hotel had a very poor choice if you would like to eat by rhe pool bar-only toasts and chips. It's a pity. We could definitely eat more often our dinners if they had ala carte meny not only buffé for dinners/lunches. We had booked a car via reception and it was the worst car I had driven in my life ?. You could hear all strange sounds from engine and a few indicator lamps were on all the time but I was told that it is ok and I should not be worry. We fortunatelly had a two good days despite car's condition. We came home safely and happy.

The staff was extremely helpful and they always treated us with a smile. The pool is big enough and a great alternative when there's too much wind at the beaches. Covid-19 measures were kept at all times. The location of the hotel is great, a close drive to all places of interest. The hotel is built with British tourists in mind which is reflected from breakfast options to the overall facilities. If you are not one then you then you might wish things were slightly different, e.g. no cold coffee was sold anywhere unless you visited the resort next door and other small details like this. I would pay more attention to cleanliness of the rooms (the cleaners did just the basics, did not meet expectations) and hotel towels definitely need to be replaced by new ones. Finally the split bathroom is very uncomfortable and the room is lacking wardrobes and other storage space.
