I recently stayed at Evelyn Place and had a mixed experience. The lodge itself and the staff were amazing, which made my stay enjoyable. However, I faced significant issues with the management. I paid over 11,000 rand for my stay, and unfortunately, the manager’s service did not meet my expectations. I encountered problems with the gate not working, and instead of assistance, I felt the manager was unhelpful and complained about having to open it for me. This made my stay more difficult than it needed to be. Overall, while the lodge and staff were commendable, the management's lack of support had a negative impact on my experience. I hope they can improve this aspect in the future.

NOTHING The place was terrible. No bedsheets, bedding and wasn't clean. There was no remote to get in and out.
