Meteora Garden

We were running late for check-in, so we stayed in touch by phone with the owner. She and her son were incredibly kind and waited to welcome us, which we really appreciated. The lady at reception when we checked out was also very warm and friendly. This was our second stay here—we also visited two years ago—and everything was just as great as we remembered. We highly recommend Camp Meteora Garden and would be happy to stay here again.

Meteora was a amazing and well deserved its UNESCO designation. But what really made our 3 days there was our stay at Meteora Garden and the warmth, service and hospitality provided by Magda and her family. Both my 7 year old daughter and I felt like we were staying with family and in short, we cant wait to return someday! in regards to our experience and the way we travel, absolutely nothing.

Location was great! Shower could have been better.

Helpful staff, convenient location with free parking. Beds are uncomfortable because of the old cheap mattresses. We had to ask about extra blankets to make a better sleep because they have no mattress pads and couldn't help us any other way.

Friendly, helpful staff, good pool, great location for Meteora monasteries. Not having a kettle - even though it didn't say it had one. But they were happy to provide boiling water.

It is in an amazing location. Very quiet, and pool is breathtaking. Furthermore the staff is really kind and helpful.

Very nice owner, shared some hints for visiting Meteora monasteries, clean and cosy room with a view to the rocks from the balcony, mosquito nets in windows, air conditioning, deep swimming pool (quite chilly water, perfect for cooling down after sightseeing in the sun) Mosquito net missing in the balcony door, bed comfortable but a bit squeaky

The rooms are part of a camping area. We were looking for accommodation with car and dog, and it was the right choice. It is virtually at walking distance from the Meteora sights. -

Peaceful campsite, nice short walk to the village. Nice balcony. The swimming pool was out of action. No dining facilities.

Near the Meteora monasteries. The wife forgot two dresses in the room. We contacted the accommodation and asked if they would send us the dresses by post. Postage would be at our expense. They asked for money for postage in advance, which we agreed to. After that, there was no more voice from the accommodation. This made us quite sad. The pool was dirty.

Nice place, very clean and with super huge parking. Welcoming was sweet and we were provided with a lots of information about attractions nearby and best places for dinner. The view is cool. As it is mainly a camping, even if you book a room - hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, etc. is not available in the room.

Very nice host - helping whereever she can. Very well organized and tidy place. GREAT Pool! Rooms rather basic.

Easy access with a car to the meteora site. Large bedroom. Nice swimming pool. We were supposed to have a balcony with the view on the meteora but they changed last minute and we got a view on the parking (and the road).

I really like the stuff, was quite funny and helpful at the same time! Facilities were clean and our bed was comfortable! Pool also was a nice touch with that price! I would like to go again.. Was a little bit far from the village and the equipment was old but was working fine
