Rooms are clean and spacious, Easily accessible from kalpeta, Sultan bathery, Quite and simple with plenty of parking places too, staff are calm and composed, always there to help!! AC takes its own sweet time to cool down the room! Food could be a bit of a problem, but Brim's cafe is too good if you like continental!

The hotel was good overall. The room was clean but lacked any standout features. Convenient location, but service was just okay. They dint provide amenities like kettle, dryer and TV dint work. The restaurant is nearby but doesn't serve during busy times.

Wonderful location if you have your own vehicle. Outside kalpetta, surrounded by greenery. Clean rooms, large bathroom, they have a wonderful Veg restaurant at ground floor. All was good

We didn't take breakfast, rather any meals at the Hotel. Although the Hotel has a attached Restaurant and drinks corner, its under some kind of renovation and hence not available when we were there. Staffs help us to arrange dinner by ordering from a nearby nice restaurant. The staffs were really very helpful, Polite and well behaved. Some stuffs needed regular maintenance, like when we arrived we booked 2 rooms in one room the exhaust was not working and room freshener was out of its life. In other room this were all good but there was some problems with the light, some feedback current hence led lights were blinking even when the keys were off hooked.

It’s a bit quiet. Those who want to stay away from crowd can choose. The hotel bed. Not sure when the bed sheets, comforter, Pillows and pillow cases were bought. One word to say is it was horrible. We even asked the staff to change new bed sheets etc but all of them look faded to brown and we were very uncomfortable to sleep. For a moment we thought of looking for another hotel.

Room was spacious,good and clean. Ample parking yeah thats it. Restaurant was horrible as i entered dint feel like having food at all there was no exhaust no windows no fresh air it was strangulating kind of feeling. Though rooms were good but no windows its full of glass so no fresh air.
