Kafouros Hotel

Great location and walking distance to beach and dining was great.

Lack of toiletries.

The bar area seemed to be friendly enough with a lot of what seemed to be regular customers mingling there. Did not stay at hotel as there seemed to have been a problem with our bathroom caused by apparently previous customers!! We were told on arrival that it would take 3 days to sort out but were then informed the next day that we would be at the villa for the week!! It seems that this is not the first time this has happened according to reviews on this site!! The villa was fine, but if we’d wanted to go into self catering, we would have booked accordingly.

Loved this hotel, lovely family run, lovely cosy room, not far from shops and bars and town, highly recommend ? very clean. We were s/c and had no toaster microwave or hob but we had pans ??? Sheets to small for the bed.

The previous guests broke something in the bathroom so They arrange an other place for us to stay. Very professional!!

The location was perfect, very close to the beach and cafes and restaurants. Easy access to pharmacies and grocery stores. The staff was very friendly, kind and always ready to help. The place was clean and the atmosphere of the hotel makes you feel like you’re in a family surrounding. Hope will have a chance to visit Santorini and hosted by those incredible people.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Carried our bags upstairs for us. Room was lovely and large. Beds were comfy Pool area and bar was good. They sold snacks although we didn’t try them. We had a fridge and a small balcony area Location to the restaurants was good and into the shopping area. They helped to arrange a taxi for us on our last day to take us to the airport. We were able to leave our bags in reception and they had a shower we could use Pool area was small, towels were put out by other hotel users earlier. But beach was close by Balcony was small with only 2 chairs, and had to ask for more towels as only provided enough for 2 people. We had booked as a family of 4 Ran out of toilet roll and housekeeping didn’t replace when cleaned the room so we had to go and ask for more.

We loved everything about the property it was comfortable with many resources and the staff was excellent. The location, was perfect and close to the beach. Eleni, her husband, her brother and Mother were excellent hosts as well and saw to our every need. We plan to return as do many others. Nothing

Wish it served breakfast!

At first sight the room looks really nice, it was clean, we had towels. They have a partnership with taxis and offer you transport from point A to point B at an affordable price. Overall ok They had no detergent dish and sponge. Considering that we stayed there for one night, there was no point going to buy them. The dishes were dirty (put în the cupboard like that), the water salty (no one told about this), the mirror în the bathroom was rusty. The single bed was creaking.

The Hotel Manager - Eleni, was very kind and friendly, helped us with every question we had, very easy to communicate. Location of the hotel was near the beach alley with all the bars and taverns. Just a bit noisy when the airplanes land in the nearby airport. The weather was not the best, but this has nothing to do with the hotel :)
