Ocean Bay Suites

Excellent host and great breakfast. The cleanliness of the room was also exceptional. The location in Kamari was also very good, close to the center and the restaurants. The pebble beach made it very hard to get in the sea. It was also very windy and made it difficult to enjoy the sea. We had to walk further to find a better spot to swim. The beds could also be a bit more comfortable.

Vaggelis went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible. The premises were true to the photos. Morning breakfast was served as soon as you wake up. The room was clean and nice. This hotel is like an oasis in this area. Will come back next year.

Location is great, at the beginning of the beach walk. Very clean property, comfortable and cozy room. Great air conditioning. The owner is a love and goes above and beyond to help you in anything you may need. Waterfront, common area very nice, cozy and romantic with a beautiful garden! They bring you the breakfast to you!! All you must do is open your door. Very personalized experience we had here.

The location is perfect! On the end so not so loud and the garden makes it feel secluded. Beautiful sunrises. The owner was so helpful with suggestions and getting us reservations.

Beautiful property and exceptionally clean. Perfect location and gorgeous garden and communal spaces. Because there are only 6 rooms you really get a personal service and the breakfast on the balcony every morning was just heaven! Can’t wait to come back… Host was always on hand to help make your stay perfect ?? Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Our week with Ocean Bay Suites hosted by Vagelis has been an absolut dream. From meeting our host that is always having a genuine smile on his face to having a fabulous view to the sea all the time from our balcony, our room that was cleaned every day, to delicious greek breakfast every morning... Not to mention what a zen place the villa and garden is. You step right outside the beach with your own reserved sunbed and umbrellas. We came back after 9 years since we have been in Santorini for our honeymoon,and staying with Vegelis made our week even more special, like we were in our 2nd honeymoon! Everything that Vagelis recommended was top notch- from the tavernas to eat, to hiring an atv/ scooter to explore the island and having the best authentic and traditional fisherboat experience. Everything about this place was perfect! The location right on the beach, the beautiful cactus garden with plunge pool, gorgeous views all around, excellent and friendly service, and wonderful comfortable room! Its also so close to many wonderful restaurants and bars. We never wanted to leave and are probably the first people to come to Santorini and not bother seeing the sunset - haha! Highly recommended!! Nothing at all. It was perfect!

Superb

Perfect location for beach and Kamari restaurants and shops. The Vaggelis couldn’t be more lovely, helpful and great at giving more information on Santorini and things to do. Every morning a delightful breakfast was brought to our balcony and always with some traditional Greek food. Nothing to fault on the property. The sea is a bit tricky to get in and out of because of the slippery ground.

A little slice of heaven. Vagelis was so kind, welcoming and accomodating by making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Kamari is a great area to stay, a short walk away is a local bus that can take you to Fira, great restaurants, a cinema, and we were right on the water for a beautiful swim a few times a day. The room was so comfortable, it was one of our favorite places to stay in our month long vacation across Italy and Greece.

Iris really a good place. A hotel just exactly on the beach. The sea is clean.

The property had a unique homely and personal quality that set it apart from the other properties in the area. -

- Very friendly and ready to help hosts - Beautiful garden that our balcony (I think all of them) was facing - Great location 5 meters from the beach - "Personal lounges" at the beach for the hotel's guests - Amazing air conditioner that works even at the opened door Pretty scarce breakfasts. Although the hosts gladly agreed to slightly amplify them for us, we had to have additional breakfast after it. Can be useful to let the guests choose between some things for breakfast as "standard-for-all" breakfast was a minor disappointment.
