Lake view, clean, dedicated staff Access road
-
The location was far off from key amenities.
-
The road stretch was abit rough but not too far from the highway

Setting of the resort is beautiful, on the shore of the Lake Victoria. Great views from the balcony. Dated rooms ( especially bathrooms), breakfast food/coffee - not a great quality.
-
Okay grounds. Looks good in pictures, and from afar. The “resort” website pictures are misleading. The interior is very dated and basic. The breakfast was not good at all, again very basic, and the coffee was pure sludge.

This property was the best property I have ever stayed at while in Uganda. We will 100% be coming back. The food was so good, hot water, great wifi, amazing views, the staff was so helpful and accommodating and the security was great. I felt safe the entire time! Loud noise late at night

Ambience 7/10 Driving to the resort worried me it looked like I was driving into a village or militia camp. The surrounding area was not intriguing. The resort itself is small. Living quarters had about 24 rooms. It looked quite native which i liked but there were few attractions. Food 8/10 Taste - Above average. Try the whole fish and if you like pepper ask for the chilli oil. Food wait time - a little long. I had asked for freshly brewed coffee before ordering my main meal. My main meal came out before my coffee was ready. Now I understand that sometimes there are steps to brewing great coffee but over 45 minutes wait? Come on! Customer service & People 9/10 - very friendly and helpful but sometimes lackadaisical. It's almost like there's no urgency. Currency - Your dollar goes far. Rooms 6/10 Decent, clean and basic. For a resort itself expected more, it felt like I was in a dormitory with private doors. The TV was so small I thought it was a joke. It also didn't work like the manual suggested. They should have not even had a TV there. A radio would have been better. They kept rooms really clean i must say and they made sure you had towels and mosquito repellant body lotion. They had a mini fridge, no microwave or coffee machine. You get 1 complimentary water. Beds are fitted with mosquito net. Bed was comfortable to sleep on Activities 5/10 Apart from the pool they had virtually nothing else to really offer. Most of the other activities were catered towards kids. This place is great for families with younger children. Nightlife 0/10. There was nothing to do at night. By 8pm, everything is pretty much shutdown except for the restaurant and the bar

The view and the food were good, the staff were very nice and friendly. Guys helped us arrange a transfer from Entebbe airport. Very old, didn’t have hot water in shower. The reality didn’t match the pictures on booking.com

Amazing location right at the shores of Lake Victoria with plenty of quiet in the morning. The views are fantastic. Tends to get busy in the evening. The staff at the restaurant is rather slow to attend. Get noisy in the evening with photographers and events and other visitors

This was my second stay at Kaazi. I live in Las Vegas so I know what good hospitality IS. The view of Lake Victoria is amazing and the staff makes you feel welcomed. I will be visiting again. The electric goes off but that’s Africa. It happens everywhere.
