Staff was very friendly, Hotel didn’t accept Visa although there is a sign next to check in desk that says visa welcome. Hotel amenities, bathroom was terrible, toilet didn’t work properly seat was broken, sink didn’t drain

The Regular Staff and Restaurant Staff were helpful. Management not trained to handle customers complaints. I asked speak with management about the false advertisement of AC in the property and the manager refused to speak with me another manager later spoke with me and called me a liar that they have never advertised they have AC and hanged up the phone on me. I was told he saw the Booking prices that indicated that they have AC but never apologized.

Breakfast was good they had hot water The cable tv has only 3 working channels also too much noise from the surrounding places of worship

Before arriving, we were trying to call the property for the exact location, but no one answered. when we reached, they said, they were busy. After reaching I tried to pay with card (as it was mentioned that the property accepts the card payment), unfortunately I was rejected ( POS terminal was out of service for the next couple of days).

The breakfast was good and healthy options. They should however include a variety of options, like they should offer cereals, sausages/bacon/baked beans etc. Room service could've been better. Found my room had a little dust. Also room service didn't change my duvet after the 1st night despite it having a little spill of cologne. It was changed the next day though.

The Hotel was near a very poor area with a lot of dirt , so the view was not o.k. But the people in the Hotel were very kind !

The room was clean and the bath had hot water also room service charges was less compared to other places been at also had a nice view The dogs at night i couldn't sleep kept on barking till late also the payment system was down and the bar had less variety of liquors
