N/A I reached there, and they told me that they were seeing my booking at that time. Mind you I had booked in the morning two Deluxe Rooms and even received a confirmation message for the same. They wanted to offer us single rooms at the price of the Deluxe Rooms. I was with my Mum and we declined.

The format of the bed bouncing. Customer care is poor, waiters need to be educated on what to do, and when to do, they need wake up lessons every three months, and you have to evaluate them on a daily basis! They are totally killing the business especially those who serve breakfast, I can't remember their names but I would mention them out so that you know. Otherwise keep moving forward.

I like the place over all. But the staff did not want to honor booking.com. And we got there at night, they put us in a dirty room with no towels or toilet paper, and the mosquito net was full of dust. Then, the next day they did not want to love us. But they eventually did and the room was much better. I just think their customer service was lacking. But it is a beautiful place. Thank yoi Oh see my other comments

Lack of hygiene from the kitchen personnel. Touching food with no gloves on. The service was slow and the choice of breakfast, very limited, not up to standard

The cleaners did a good job No working Wi-Fi , constant power outage, no hot water, no Iron in rooms! ( ironing is a service they charge)! A lot of noise from the highway.

Food was ok Restaurants should have pos machines. It’s 2024 having to be forced to walk to reception to pay before you even finished your meal and digested your food is ridiculous .

Clean, very good comfortable beds/pillows, friendly staff at reception. Slow WiFi and some bar staff especially ones sitting in the bar look as if they have been forced to work there. They were always in bad mood!

The breakfast was good The WiFi connection was poor . When I requested water to drink on the last day, I was told because I am checking out today, I can't get water, another one I had ordered my lunch, after eating I requested tap water from the kitchen for me to drink because I had an empty bottle I was told there's no water from the kitchen ? and I asked myself so where do you guys fetch water to cook and to wash the dishes.
