The degree which have been given here on booking as reviews average on the hotel does not reflect the reality ,the room is not clean and the wash room is not clean . i found small ants on the wash room moving to the room and requested them to clean it several times with no response . no fridge on the room .no boiler for making tea.some days they put for you shower gel and another day nothing . one day i have asked for eggs and they do not have they are buying from the shop outside the hotel the shower is broken and the toilet shower is not working. i have a video for the ants but i am not able to upload it here. requesting for an invoice for my stay took 5 days to get it

Hospitable and friendly staff. Enjoyed the conversations, always willing to help. Nice garden. Breakfast sometimes did not get served on time, but we were requesting much earlier breakfast time. They did their best to accommodate. A nice gym in the roof.

This is a very decent hotel, within walking distance of Makerere University (and with an open-air market on the way). The rooms are comfortable, there is a nice sitting area and restaurant, the staff are nice and the food is good. There was always hot water, and someone at the reception. Note that all services, like the gym, or getting hot water for tea, come at an extra service costs. Generally it felt as if every action was done by the staff with the expectation of receiving a tip, which takes some getting used to. The wifi did not work at all most of the time. The rooms were very noisy from early in the morning to late at night.

I liked how everyone is dedicated to their job schedule, and how they treat their guest. The Ugandans government and their citizens are very hospitable to everyone that entered Uganda. The Ugandans government and the institution's treat their citizens well and the citizens are law abiding.
