Location There are no bathing towels or hand towels even, only drying towels so you can’t even wash your body. There’s a casino in the hotel so every floor smells like cigarettes. There was no hot water either. The staff was friendly and tried to rectify but were unable. I’m waiting on a refund for my third night because I couldn’t stay all three.

The place would be great if it wasn't for the uninformed closures of the road due to the president of Uganda either coming to or leaving Nakasero. The facility is well located in the heart of Kampala making it easy to access most facilities around town as well as security at the hotel, the parking too was readily available.

Stacy, at the Reception was really exceptional The fact that there is a prayer "shrine" at the reception and people were burning incense and praying there in full view of the other residents. That was very bad.

Location The manager I don’t remember his name but he is Indian nationality was not helpful and tried to take extra amount than agreed at booking , foul smell in the place. The rooms are poorly ventilated and the place is unsafe. Also the room was in available, they offer studio. With extra money .

Location is good, room is good, food is good. But most important is customer service is holly bad, such as the person named Arijit Bose, he deceiving me twice!!! Very very bad experience from him, he made hotel level down. He never smile to customers, even people found he is deceive, he has no shame, others staff they are all good all friendly, only this guy Arijit Bose, toooooo much bad experience from him. I don’t understand why hotel boss let this guy contact with customers, he needs to be fired. I’m traveling more that 50 countries and stay more than 500 hotels around the world. it’s my first time meet a person who working in hotel like this. If the person named Arijit Bose leave this hotel, everything will be great.

To start the staff were amazing, extremely helpful, courteous, and kind when above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was happy The television in the room only had Chinese journals and they promised to fix to give me English-speaking channels, but I never happened. The air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom never got cold and instead of shooting out hot air there were also no utensils in the hotel room no cups no spoons no plates no microwave.
