Excellent hotel with quality rooms, friendly staff, and all the amenities you could hope for. This hotel goes the extra mile. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Really a step above the norm in Kampala. The restaurant was a bit slow.

It's located in a fairly quiet place for Kampala The room was noisy and stairs full of water most of the day as the keep on cleaning throughout the day

The breakfast was basic, not the usual but nothing to complain about. I must express my disappointment with the conditions during my stay. The sounds from the hallway were audible, and the steps were consistently waterlogged throughout the day. Rather than properly cleaning, they seemed to flood the stairs and address it later. This not only presents an untidy appearance but also poses a significant safety hazard. Furthermore, the curtains were unable to fully close the window, providing inadequate privacy. The bathroom tap was only partially functional. Despite my request for a room change, I was assured it would be arranged, but regrettably, this was not honored. Fortunately, my stay was limited to just two nights. Had it been extended, I would have insisted on a room change or sought accommodations elsewhere in Kampala. This experience has left me with a diminished impression of the establishment

It was comfortable. It was clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful when we needed anything. There is WiFi The food? the hotel could improve by hearing what the guests are actually able to eat since we are from a different country.
