The hotel was excellent, and I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional level of cleanliness maintained throughout my stay. I highly recommend this property to other travelers.

Clean, quiet room with a super comfy bed. The onsen was heavenly. Location is great - walking distance to many spots of interest including Omicho market and there are also a lot of food and shopping options within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Staff were helpful. There's a bus stop right across the street for easy access to Kanazawa Station.

Good location and very clean. Good security. The staff weren’t really nice and welcoming. It didn’t feel warm to stay at this hotel. Also the rooms were very small.
-
Loved the spa on the rooftop.
-
Very small room, but very clean and comfy.

It was fantastic all around. A short walk from all the main attractions and close to bus stops if one wants to go further. The onsen and rotemburo were amazing. If you have tattoos be sure to cover them up with appropriate stickers- you will find posters with the rules in the hotel.

Convenient location. Close to castle and samurai towns. Busses were close. Rooms were clean and comfortable. One of the two rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and they were both non-smoking rooms.
-
The property is extremely well located, near 7 eleven, near everything you need, 30 min walk from the station Nothing

I loved how the staff made good effort to understand us and to hear our problems, we had to change rooms and they were super helpful. The morning buffet was just perfect, so many options and tasted amazing! It's in a good location, and car it's not needed to go shopping or to other places.

Nice, clean room, not big but normal for Japan. The location is close to the center, palace, gardens etc. The breakfest is good.

We liked the location and I appreciated the chair in front of the mirror, as well as the light controls from the bed. There was mold in the bathroom, the mattress was sunken on one side, the wallpaper was peeling, and the daily deliveries extra towels and bath robes as well as plastic wrapped items we didn’t use or request felt wasteful.

Confortable Room a bit small
-
The breakfast buffet was amazing. Perfect location and the spa with hot spring and sauna is open all day.
-
Great rooftop bath Convenient location Reasonable price Clean Japanese business hotel Slight smell of smoke in the room (maybe smoking used to be allowed previously), but less intense than in some other hotels I have stayed in Japan in the past.

Thr middle elecator kept shutting on me. There was no time to get in. Overall excellent faciluty and staff

I stayed for 3 nights and for all of them the woman’s onsen was very small and not the pictures advertised. When I asked about the bigger outdoor onsen area in the photos they said that is the male side. They said they don’t alternate or swop the areas. I thought this was really unfair especially as every night there was a line to use the woman’s onsen facility.

Location was great. The breakfast had an excellent selection Check in was rushed and rude. They handed us something without even telling us what it was. Thanks to Google translate, I learned we got a welcome rice? That was weird. They never explained about our prepaid breakfast. The beautiful onsen photos shown are the men’s, not the ladies. That was very disappointing. People kept their locker keys so we had a long wait to get in at night. And I feel it was very irresponsible not to have any available water to drink in the onsen. We only stayed one night and switched to another hotel on the same street where we felt welcome.

The onsen could do for more regular cleanings.

The hotel is well located, just a couple of minutes walking to every main tourist spot (the castle, Kenroku-en, both Chaya districts, the fish market and the station), it took us about 15 ~ 25 min to these locations. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, it made the check in procedure much easier. I guess it is a good value. I thought it would be a good deal to have a parking lot, even a paid one. But the area is full of parking lots so it wasn’t a problem at all. We arrived during a matsuri (festival) and the hotel was in the very center of it, so during the day it was very loud. The room was ok, it was indeed very small, but Tokyo standard size. It had all essential amenities. The bed was terrible, they need to change the mattress asap. The breakfast was good but it was in the main lobby so it was weird to eat there. They could repurpose that smoking area. We could smell the smoke while eating. We wouldn’t stay again. If you don’t mind those things, go for it.
