Location was fantastic - on a main promenade, near so many great restaurants, busline, and shopping. Staff was incredible - great English, so helpful with tips and suggestions (even through e-mail). Room was super spacious. We stayed on the 9th floor with a kitchenette. Views were magnificent! Would recommend for anyone going to Kanazawa as a base. We even had a washer in the apt. Would not hesitate to rebook or recommend!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with recommending local sights to see, places to visit and meals to eat. Especially impressed with the vinyl bar - order a drink and some food, and appreciate the DJ setting the vibe with a huge collection of vinyls, played on incredible speakers. The location is quite central to many of the various places we visited, and made it easy to get around.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and its location made getting around the city easy. The music bar is an absolute highlight; it's usually closed on Sundays, so keep that it in mind when booking.

The staff was warm and helpful and very knowledgeable of the area both through communication before our stay and during. The suite on the top floor was perfect for traveling with a small baby and the staff was incredibly gracious about traveling with a small baby providing a crib and a diaper pail. The listening bar in the lobby was great bonus as well!

The curtains in the bedroom don't block the sun light. Forcing a very early wake up time. The installation is quiet bad, our room on the 9th floor felt as a greenhouse every afternoon.

We had a really pleasant stay at this accommodation. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the Music Bar, which had great drinks and an excellent playlist selection. The staff we met were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. They were easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable during our stay. The location was excellent, with nearby attractions, restaurants, shops, convenience stores, and transportation all easily accessible. It was sometimes difficult to get a table at the Music Bar because it was quite popular and often busy.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. We were on the eighth floor with a great view of the mountains. The music bar was wonderful and the happy hour was a bonus. The Inn has a very sustainable green policy too. Our room had one chair only which was insufficient for two people. Some drinking glasses would be good too.

Location was great, walking distance from almost everything, great shopping and food nearby. Room was clean and well organized, the staff was really helpful in making reservations and providing information about the area. They provided us with adapters and chargers when asked, which was also very helpful.

The room was very nice and affordable. I especially liked that there was a vinyl bar on the ground floor to get drinks and dinner at night if we wanted. They were nice enough to put our luggage in our room too when we dropped it off to go out and explore Kanazawa. Really great bang for your buck. And the accommodations are nice and clean and very large for Japan. It's not super close to any bus line. I think it took us maybe 15 minutes walking with all our bags to get there from the nearest bus stop from Kanazawa station. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

To find hotel was quite difficult on Google maps. Hotel is located on a mostly pedestrian shopping street. So driving to hotel is challenging. Parking is then arranged off site. Toilet paper is so thin you can see through it and is no good.

Mountain view from the room was an amazing surprise. Staff couldn't have been more helpful.. getting ice for a twisted ankle and making us sushi reservations. A plus service
