The location was excellent, the staff friendly and the facilities were clean. The rooms were quite large in terms of Japanese standards. There wasn’t anything we could fault.

Beautifully designed small hotel which respected the traditional area of its situation. Every little detail, even down to the tea cups was in keeping with the whole design. Nothing!

The location is nice, so close to major highlights in Kanazawa. The hotel is new and well managed, they are attentive to details, for example, the light will turn bright gradually as you walk into the toilet. Also, there are several sockets by the bedside to charge up your electronic devices at the same time. Of course, you are welcome by the local hand-made tea sets. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

- Carefully selected materials and design hotel - Very polite staff and manager that arrange lot of things for us (Taxi, restaurants) - Perfect location right in the middle of Higashi Chaya district with plenty of attractions/ Coffee around - Nothing much
