Bathroom could've been cleaner. Vegetarian and gluten free options at breakfast would be nice.

The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. While I didn’t have time to use the free gym, I’d love to allocate time for that next time. I had several devices do I loved that they had a charge cord in the room. The breakfast two had a lot of variety and the explanation of the regional dishes was appreciated. Netflix etc was available. Large cups for coffee were also nice. Free coffee and tea packets were available in the lobby. While a pamphlet in the room showed CNN, I could figure out how to view it. Information on n how to access that would have been great.

The room size is spacious and the location is good. Also, they have refa hair dryer and easy to dry to hair. The breakfast is yummy and the staffs are super helpful. Their English is ? great. For 4 stars, my family thought there are free 2 water bottles per room.

Great location very clean good value

The only unusual thing was the bathroom. It appears to be a fabricated insert. It was lifted so that it was necessary to step up into it. Could have used a stronger A/C unit. The hotel is dated but clean and comfortable.

Close to the train station. Good sized room for four (delux). Comfortable beds and two good pillows. Clean room. Can rent iron and ReFa straightener from the front desk for use during stay. Great face and hair products. Also other toiletries are available at the lobby. We stayed here mainly for a trip to Shirakawa-go so we were close to the station but far from other places of interest. Bathroom was small with less counter space and not enough hooks to hang anything inside. You absolutely cannot check in until 3PM but they will hold luggage for you.

The shampoo and body soap was very good. clean and new room. very satisfied.

the room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. And as the location, it's quite close to the station (unfortunately we didn't know there's underground passage). We all admired. Thank you. If we know there's underground passage, we could use it and go very easily.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff was very helpful during check-in and helping us to find our parking spot on site. Checkout was easy and we were able to just drop our room cards on our own.

Excellent location near the station with convenience store next door Self check in with no queues and smooth Room was very spacious I had reserved for 3 but there were only 2sets of bath towels & toothbrush prepared in the room

The bed and pillows were very hard

I must say that the rooms here are huge - even by western standards. I reckon it was around 50m², even more perhaps. This is perfect if you have plenty of luggage. The location of the hotel is excellent. It's a stone throw away from Kanazawa Station. The hotel had 4 laundry machines as well. Nothing really. But if I had to nitpick, the check in and out process may be a bit busy. There are plenty of tour buses that use this hotel as one of their stops. If you're unlucky, you may wait for 30 mins to be served at the front desk. But they have a computer kiosk for express check in and out.

Room was large and location was great. Close to train and many attractions. Easy to find as we traveled with a train. On the 8th floor there was a micro oven . Extra coffee and tea was available at reception. Noise from other people. Our room was opposite the lift. It was a public holiday when we stayed so there were a lot people from China, Korea, etc

Lots of space in the room and great value for money. More than adequate if you are holidaying, even if you don't make the most of the additional desk that is provided for business travelers. Was also right next door to a 7-Eleven which was a great convenience. Was placed in a room across from the vending machine and microwave - the rooms did not have good enough sound proofing so I could hear everything. Noise from the hallway echoed in the room, which was particularly bad when there were other guest running through, or if a neighbouring room had a crying baby. Pillows were extremely bad and hurt my neck.

The room is bigger compared to the othet hotels and at a good price too. Location is very good since it’s only around 5 minutes walk to Kanazawa Station. There’s also a convenience store right beside the building. None.
