Close to station, staff were excellent assisting with questions. We requested extra pillows and larger sized lounge wear, which was quickly provided. Breakfast buffet was exceptional with huge variety. Room was spacious for Japan, and end suite meant we had a washer dryer in the room. Onsen was clean and plenty of space. Which I knew earlier there is a Shogun burger close by, the best. Needs more variety in the vending machines, keeping in mind stores are close by. Also initially walked to the other Daiwa Roynet hotel, wrong one. Correct hotel is behind the Hyatt and Starbucks, closer to station.

It is very conveniently located right by the train station. Large room (for Japan's standards). Onsen in the hotel. Secure place.

The hotel was located about 3 minutes walking distance from Kanazawa Station. We got a room with a washer/dryer which made it convenient to do laundry and appreciated the pocket door separating it from our sleeping quarters. We chose the breakfast buffet that had a variety of Western and Japanese cuisine. The staff was super friendly and we enjoyed talking with them. There was an onsen in the hotel that we were able to enjoy after a full day of walking. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby. There was nothing that we didn't like. We enjoyed everything here and plan to return.

The property is nearby train station. Very convenient. There’s a washer and dryer inside the hotel room which is very helpful. The breakfast buffet can be too crowded in the morning.

The room was decent and close to the train station. We booked a room that was supposed to have a washer/dryer in room. It didnt, yet the hotel refused to discount the room, or offer any other concession. Instead, they made us call down, haul our laundry down in the elevator and offered “one free load” in another room. When I complained that we had more than one load, it took calls to the manage for someone to even authorize the use of the machine. Staff has no authority and while apologetic, completely missed the point that we paid for something and didnt get it. Complaints to booking.com went unanswered. Bad experience with both the hotel and Booking.com.

The staff was amazing, the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. The pillow was filled with some grains that’s why it was uncomfortable to sleep.

The location of this hotel is so convenient... a few steps from Kanazawa Train Station, which is a modern facility with many retail shops, tourist information, restaurants, food stalls, and at least one department store. Besides train arrivals & departures, there's a taxi rank, and the Loop Buses stop here....everything you need for local travel. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant opens for breakfast only, however there's a restaurant next door which offers the best tempura. There's also two restaurants across the opposite side of the road, and an Irish Pub a few steps down the street. The pillows were too hard for my liking.

The location was superb, very close to the train station, so convenient. They also have an onsen so very nice to relax. The room was very small for 3 of us, we had to put the big suitcase into the bathroom, fortunately we could use the onsen, so not necessary to use the bathroom too often. Maybe all their rooms are small. This is quite exceptional for this area, because we stayed in Nagoya, Takayama, Gero and Kyoto, all rooms were big except this hotel. Maybe I should have checked the size of the room more carefully.

The location is great its near the kanazawa station, and shopping areas as well as convenience stores. I had a good view of the city from my window. There are buses around kanazawa station to go to the main attractions. Staff were super friendly and professional. The quality of amenities and room quality and hotel services is what you would expect from a good japanese hotel. The room size is average i found it to be nice. I did not use but there is public bath they will give you a new card every day. The breakfast was nice different varieties Everything was PERFECT

Centrally located right next to Kanazawa station, this hotel has spacious rooms, ours had in-room laundry and a huge bathtub. The hotel also has a large public bath that was amazing, along with massage chairs outside. Overall a very pleasant stay. Not much to say. The only disadvantage is that it's on the west side of the station, while it's a bit more convenient to be on the east side where all the buses are. But it's only a few minutes walk so hardly an issue.

I loved the room and the size and confort of the bed. Ideal lighting in the room, good amneties and huge bath for Japan. The staff was friendly. The hotel is very close to the tren station which was ideal for us. Perfect stay! -
