Extremely happy with the stay. It was quiet and peaceful and a short walk away from the station. Westerners might find the room a bit small but it was perfectly in line with my expectations for Japan and I had no issues. My Japanese is not so good but I was successful communicating with the staff in English. Loved the late night ramen, it was a very nice surprise and very welcome.

Very nice hotel with great location and staff. I loved the included onsen - with proper sauna. Apart from the room being a little too tight, the hotel is really nice and well located with super friendly staff.

I booked the room for the access to the onsen. Having tattoo I always look for the hotel policy concerning access to the onsen area. I was very disappointed when upon arrival I was told I was not allowed to access it. After telling the receptionist the booking page of the hotel did not show any informations about those restrictions no solutions, help or commercial gesture was offered. It is very disappointing and the booking page should be updated because if I knew I could not access the onsen I would have booked another hotel.

The location was excellent, very convenient. The staff were friendly and the room was warm and comfortable. I liked the pyjamas provided and enjoyed the hot spring on the 2nd floor. The hotel was also quiet on the night I stayed. The breakfast was good but I had to pay extra for it and maybe there are places near the station that offer better value for money for a good breakfast.

Location and the spa. Good Japanese breakfast. The furnishings in the room, carpets, and bathrooms seem a little worn. Overall, the room was clean, but there was a little mold in the bathroom.

Nice, clean, comfortable business hotel. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of Japanese or western-style food. Free nighttime ramen was a welcome bonus Room was small but decent for the price

Room was far too hot - heating is centrally managed by hotel which is very common in Japan, there was no individual aircon in room. You can manage heat somewhat by opening window.

Beautiful hotel located just a few blocks away from the train station. It was so easy to get there. Check-in process was smooth. The room was nice and spacious enough for 2 people. The onsen was superb.

Good value and location, decent but old hotel. Staff were very helpful. The only thing that I would say I didn’t like it was the central AC. You don’t have any control or a dedicated AC in the room so it was an uncomfortable stay during the day. the bedroom was extremely hot. We had to open the window, even at night. No complimentary water, only if you agree on the eco cleaning stay. What we did.

Great location, right next to the station. The room was clean, comfortable and the free ramen in the evening very tasty.

Room was bigger for Japan. Close to the railway station and buses. It was a very busy hotel with lots of tour groups that flooded the amenities all at once. You had to go down to the lobby if you are a women to get a new code for the public bath every day and stand there waiting for your turn at the desk with lots of people trying to check in. It was very inconvenient.

Staff was very patient and helpful. Public bath is nice Location was just a bit further from station than some other nearby hotels. So, in the rain..still a bit of a hassle. Outdoor hot spring was very tiny and had a jacuzzi function that cannot be turned off…hard to enjoy the outdoor space with it constantly bubbling. Breakfast was okay but not great. I wouldn’t recommend it for ¥1200

Clean, comfortable room, very central location. Very good onsen, generous breakfast (reasonably priced). Staff friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed this hotel. Window in room was able to be opened which was good. Quite a small bed, but we knew that when we booked.
