Arigato Stay Kanazawa Ekimae is incredibly convenient to the station and shops. The staff and cleaners were very polite and kept us well-supplied with towels. The room was small and hadn't been vacuumed under the bed in a while (we found coins and dirt). The bathroom is also very tight—at 5'3" and 125 lbs it was okay for me, but taller guests will struggle. A larger coffee maker instead of the small single-serve machine would also be a great upgrade.

My lounge wear smell had a little bit of food smell, I guest came from the microwave of the hall

Like the location near Kanazawa station and the staff are friendly. Daily room cleaning provided. Hotel was rated as 4 stars but the facilities was at most 2.5 stars. There was no wardrobe and only one small dressing table and chair. The chair was shaky too. Space was smaller than expected and the room looks sparse and colour tone was unwelcoming. There was no side table and the mini fridge was used as one instead. Also, did not realise that the fridge was not turned on upon check-in. Would recommend that a proper side table to be provided and the fridge to be turned on before guests check-in.

Location was very close to Kanazawa station Each time leaving the property you had to leave your keys at the front desk. Then upon return needing to ask for them again.

Nice, polite and helpful staff. They got a translation machine for communication with residents as we did't understand Japanese. Staff very patient to explain about hotel information to us. Nil
