Location was great. beds were comfortable. parking was available but at a price. bathroom was clean. They charged extra fee for parking. Tatami mats were dirty (perhaps un-washable, I don't know tatami mats). Coffee and tea available, but only starts at 7h30am, so not practical if you're an early traveller.

This place was fantastic. Very close to the station, great and comfortable rooms, plentiful amenities and attentive staff that helped us a lot. What I got for the price was way better than I expected!! My only complaint is that it can be a bit loud with the trains running but it only bothered me when sitting on their rooftop balcony

Very close to the station. Very clean and modern with rally friendly staff. The breakfast was really quite poor we have had much better at other much cheaper hotels in Japan. May stay again in the future if we needed to be close to the station but definitely wouldn’t bother with the breakfast.

Great location within walking distance to Kanazawa Station and its major bus hub. Loved that our room had a view of the train tracks. The room was very comfortable. We had the best sleep in the comfy beds. Our toddler accidentally broke the card key but the staff replaced it free of charge and was so friendly with us. One part of the bathtub had mold on it. Most of the bathroom was clean.

It was close to the train station, the beds were comfortable and the staff was attentive. The temperature was kept too warm.

The hotel and rooms had everything we needed for our stay, and the beds had the most comfortable pillows that I have ever laid on! In the lobby, they had free drinks and an open dining room where I was able to bring in some convenient store snacks and make my ramen. The location was also wonderful as it was right next to the train station and two different shopping malls with various cafes and bakeries. There were occasional train noises, but as a light sleeper, I was still able to sleep.

It’s very close to the station and the customer service is so good! Always helpful and very professional. They helped me ship my luggage to my next location. FYI the luggage must be checked in by 1pm if you want it shipped by a certain date since the vendor comes only once a day for pick up. Rooms are clean! The balcony view from the front lobby and the cute free amenities. I didn’t mind this but the mattress and pillows here are very stiff. They have every kind of soap in your room (hair, make up remover, lotion, etc) and cute pjs that have the Kanazawa Tsuzumimon gate. Very affordable and perfect location! Rooms are very tiny! You cannot open your suitcase unless it’s on bed.

The size of the room was alot bigger than most Japanese hotels (for the price) and it was bright and clean. Would even be big enough for two. Toilet wasnt squeezy and bed was comfortable. Room was also clean and generally it was a pleasant stay! I could leave my bags there before checking in too. Near the train station/bus terminal as well, and there's a department stall nearby too. Would highly recommend this to friends! Nothing to complain about and wish I stayed longer!

Location They charged me for a lost key that I wasn’t informed of if I lost it. I dropped my bag in NARA and must have lost it there.

With being so close to the station I thought it would have been loud from the trains but you can barely hear them. Great location with a great price!

Convenient location to the train station and loop bus. There is also a mall and plenty of restaurants nearby. Small rooms but very typical in Japan.
