Great location. Accessible easily from Kanazawa station. This hotel is about less than 10 mins walk from the station. They did not provide any water bottles. Staff could be trained to speak basic English language to better communicate with the guests.

Very good Japanese breakfast.Clean,comfortable bed and lots of amenities,fabulous location.Slept well and very good sized room. Would have loved to have fresh fruit or orange juice in breakfast .Otherwise,spot on.

Super clean and everything smelled nice. Quiet and tranquil atmosphere, good location. Good buffet breakfast with a lot of options and local food. Super friendly and helpful staff, despite the language barrier sometimes. We felt at home :)

very new , roomy, except the vanity, clean and comfortable. The location was a little far from the station but not far enough to take a taxi. So it was a trouble to walk to the station with a suitcase

We found this to be the worst value of the over ten hotels we stayed at in Japan. Despite a price point exceeding £180 ($200 USD) per night, likely inflated by a long weekend, the experience was unjustifiable. The room and bed were tiny, the bedsheets were old, worn, and torn, and there was no daily housekeeping. Furthermore, the breakfast was the worst of our trip - lacking basic items like fresh fruit - and the breakfast area was far too small for the number of guests. We strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

It was a one night stay, good hotel. short walk from Kanazawa Station, quiet neighborhood. Kind staff. The only thing I didn´t like was that exactly on our breakfast day, the coffee machine wasn´t working. But I believe it was a punctual problem.

Location was great. Walking distance to numerous coffee shops, restaurants, main subway station and 7/11. Surprisingly spacious rooms. Lots of free amenities available if needed.

The hotel rooms were very clean, comfortable and had a very convenient location- 5~10 mins from Kanazawa station. The staff is very helpful, polite and well behaved. The rooms have good facilities as well- clean towels and napkins every day, free to pick toiletries at the reception and properly filled toiletries in the room too.
