Minn Kanazawa

Le fonctionnement de l'hôtel laisse à désirer, très peu de staff en physique ce qui est très perturbant, le petit déjeuner termine également trop tôt (9h)

Nice location, value for money. Not room cleaning, have to pay extra for a daily room cleaning but not included bathroom and toilet. Breakfast is with 1 small baguette and 1 cup of creamy soup. Check in time is 15pm. Check out time is 10 am.

Excellent location, room was comfortable and the on-site laundry facilities were perfect.

Reception personnel seemed to be always busy with something (did not look super welcoming, we never heard “hello/konichiwa” when arrived or in the mornings), some parts of the room (window parts, glass table) seemed not to be clean (can send a photo of the dust on the windy frame) , no tea in the room

The property was very modern! The staff was also kind and helped us with luggage delivery. The self check in and check out were quite complicated, especially after a long day of travel. The shower was not the cleanest when we arrived, having found a few different colored hairs in the tub and around the handles.

Nice, modern comfortable rooms. Loved the kitchenette. Beds were very comfortable. Location was excellent. Free shared laundry room which was great. Loved Kanazawa it was our favorite city in Japan. Person who ran the front desk also split their time in the breakfast area so they weren’t at the front desk all that much when we needed things a couple times.

The breakfast was simple but delicious. The family suite was roomy with two toilets. The bathroom was big and the jacuszzi bathtub was excellent. We booked two family suites, they should be the same, but they were not. One has dining table and chairs as stated, but the other didn't. The layout of one suite is much better than the other one. Besides, washing machine was listed as room amenities but both suites didn't have washing machine. Although we were able to use the public washing machines, it was less convenient and was not what we expected. The advanced online check in process was tedious and a pain to fill out all the questions to get the door code. I hope this can be improved.

Well located. Within walking distance of the main attractions in Kanazawa. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the staff was very friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast options were limited.

This was our second time staying here and we were a group of 5 instead of three like previously. We had a suite. I LOVED the rooms layouts and it worked perfectly for us. It’s basically two rooms connected, plus a kitchenette. Each room had its own bathroom, the bigger room had it separated in the traditional style. So the toilet was one room and the shower/bath was another room. The smaller room had them together but separated by a glass door. Each room also had its own mini fridge, tv, and a bay window. The kitchenette is essential for us because we tend to just buy food at the konbini and make breakfast in our room before we head out for the day. Theres a large table too, and another seating area with a couch and coffee table. Just loved how much room we had for five people in comparison with the other properties we stayed at. The location is perfect for us which is why I always choose this Minn when I come to Kanazawa, the castle is about a 10 minute walk from here, the market is just up the street. There’s a great coffee shop around the corner, a family mart across the street, and a 7/11 on the corner. There are amazing food options all around. We love Cafe larina and Le Mars. (Make a reservation for Larina though. Never needed one before, but sadly couldn’t get in this year because they were fully booked ?). The laundry facilities are great! There’s a whole laundry room and it has instructions. And it’s separate washers and dryers. We had a lot of issues with a two in one at another property and that was the worst. Can’t say a bad thing about this property.

The location was fantastic, the room for the 3 kids was big and had everything needed. The room was clean and bathroom had both a tub and a great shower. Beds were very comfortable and the blinds were amazing, no light coming through! Actually everything was alright so nothing we didn't like.

Huge room by Japanese standards, very big bath too. Staff is mostly not manning the reception and room amenities are somewhat basic (which is fine, allowing for the price point!). But for a centrally located base for exploring Kanazawa, we really liked the hotel. There's a bus stop (Loop Line and others) directly in front of the entrance, which is very convenient. Buses support credit card tap-to-pay. They futon-style bed was a tiny bit too hard for me, but my wife liked it, so that's just up to personal prefs. Our room was on floor 2, so views (if they weren't covered by a cool decorative panel) were... urban.

The layout of the hotel is very nice. The staff are great, and the location is very convenient. A very popular hotel for tourists and groups apparently.

I really enjoyed our stay here—it felt more elevated and cozy at the same time. The room was beautifully designed, very clean, and had a warm, relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after exploring Kanazawa. The beds were super comfortable, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. It was also in a convenient location, making it easy to get around while still feeling peaceful. Nothing major stood out, but a bit more guidance on how to use certain in-room features (like appliances) would have been helpful. A simple house manual or quick instructions would make the stay even more seamless.

A bit old furniture and breakfast was so bad

Close to all interesting places, really clean, nice breakfast, easy check in, free washing machine with scope and dryer. Bus stop to Kanazawa station just in front of the door. Everything was fine
