The bed was very hard, almost like sleeping on om the floor, so i couldn't really get comfortable. If the bed was better, it would be a 10.

I liked the location, the bed was surprisingly comfy and clean. I never stayed at a pod but it was really a pleasant experience. I appreciate it. I wish the shower facilities were on the same floor as the pods. I didn't like the pajamas, it was thoughtful but the fabric was awful:(

great value for money, the location was also ideal. I also liked that there's TV in the pod. common area in the lobby is also nice. the fact that you have to go down the basement and change elevators just to shower.

Close to the market so plenty of food, Omiya Shrine is also actually very near (but Google Maps direct people to the most twisted route). Need to bring access card to even go to a toilet It's two big main streets away from Kanazawa Station so not really walking distance, better use the bus station right in front the hostel.

Sauna and onsen were marvelous after a long day. The lounge area is chill and clean. My pod was very comfortable. Great amenities. Everything is clean. Overall a nice property. Daytime staff especially the main front office manager have personalities of dead cold fish. A big contrast to your evening staff. I wish I remembered their names but there were two females and one male during the evenings. Despite being unwell, they were still very friendly and accommodating. Most of the staff were not well. It's a shame they had to work but I guess that's the Japanese work culture.

Very affordable with little to no compromise. Pod was much bigger than most pods.

Surprisingly comfortable clean and quiet. Had everything one may need in the small pod. Nice little hot tub and sauna. Laundry facility and showers / toilets were good and clean. Nice common area with tea and cold water. The staff did not speak any English, but they were nice.

The room was very comfortable, well-lit and clean. The bath was incredible; they didn't have any issues with my tattoos fortunately. The facilities are clean and very beautifully decorated. The location is top notch and there is a combini across the street. The staff was super nice and helped me send my luggage to my next hotel.

The sento, the cleanliness and that they had place where to prepare and eat food. Noise at the pod.
