Tokyu Stay Kanazawa

Good location. Comfortable rooms with all the necessities. The combination washer/dryer in the room was AMAZING! Especially in this sticky hot summer weather. We could easily wash and dry a load of laundry in a few hours! HUGE bonus!!!

Clean, fresh, roomy, handy location. I was very happy, content and comfortable. The breakfast was very acceptable but I didn't love it

Wonderful hotel, probably our favorite of the 7 we stayed at in Japan. Room was in a great location and super clean. It was a good size and well laid out. Not sure if it was new, but it felt like it. And the staff was always super nice. At the next city, we were sad we couldn't still be back here as it was alot nicer than the next places we stayed. Nothing. It was great all around.

It's a very nice hotel with the perfect location to visit all the main spots in town. What a nice touch that they offer guests a free coffee during the day!

Loved the beds, pillows, washer drier in room and breakfast. Really needed staff to make a call for us for a local reservation in advance in Japanese and they would not do it and said they do not offer that assistance. It wasn’t even a reservation type where a credit card or prepayment was needed, just a call in and leave your name and number of people type thing. Also the bathrooms feel like they belong in a trailer park. All sort of an enclosed unit placed in the rooms. Floor, walls, etc feel bouncy and cheap.

The rooms had good accessories and appliances-- they even provided shoe dryers! The breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk lent us a clothes iron. The power would turn off if you didn’t leave a key card in a slot near the front of the room (I don't think this affected refrigerator, but I wasn't completely sure).

It was a very pleasant stay. The place is wonderfully decorated. The breakfast is delicious and beautifully served. We were surprised to find a washing machine in the room and it was useful to us. The location is excellent, good restaurants nearby and places to spend time. Everything you need for a good vacation. Breakfast time was very busy but the staff took care of everything.

we did not get their breakfast as other small eateries were available near by. also their breakfast choices were very limited. location was perfect for 2 day visit to go to all the tourist spots. I do not see anything else that needs to be improved. best value for the money. If you are used to big spaces, get a bigger room with 2 twin beds.

It had a washer and dryer in the room. Centrally located and walkable to many sites. Staff was very helpful and nice. Rooms were little small.

Location: Property requires quite a long walk from the train station. If you don't have luggage, the bus is a viable option, else the best option would be to take a taxi. Uber or Go Taxi both work well. The location itself is about 10 - 15 mins walk from attractions like Omicho market, Samurai district, Kanazawa castle, and shopping/eating areas. 8/10 Cleanliness: As clean as it gets. 10/10 Security: Your room access card only grants you access to your floor. Also, during silent hours you will need your room card to access the front door. 10/10 Service: The staff can speak english and were friendly and professional. They accept luggage deliveries and can arrange luggage delivery for you. 10/10 Amenities: Toiletries are available at the lobby. Standard Room facilities/features: If you plan to stay for a decent duration, make sure to get the residential double room, or any room with washing machines in your room. The combined washing machine/dryer comes with the required laundry and detailed instructions on how to use it. Fantastic and works well. Room comes with standard bathtub and shower combination, which works well. The toilet even has automatic flushing. The room itself has plenty of space to hang up your clothes, and plenty of power sockets. Room layout: The room is relatively spacious for 2 people, with room to open 4 luggages and still have space to walk around comfortably. The table and chairs can be used by 2 people simultaneously even with all luggages open. There is plenty of space to place your personal belongings. Air conditioning: the heater mode seems to be either sauna mode or none. Without the heater, the room can get chilly in early May at night, but with the heater the room gets uncomfortably hot. The dryer mode does not seem to reliably dry the air at night for some reason unless you set it to cool the room.
