Nice large size rooms, very friendly staff, close to castle

It was clean and comfortable, and it was close to all the places we wanted to see. We walked to temple and the garden.

- location at it's best, easy to walk to most of city's attractions - room was large and comfort. Breakfast was OK not more than that , if you eat Asian breakfast Hotel is old and need renovation, you feel it all around. was too pricy due the holidays.

Although the lobby itself was grand and nice, the air in the room was stale, smelling of dust, impossible to air it out, the fan controls did not react to anything. Same with the bathroom, smelling of mold, but no visible mold found. The shower head was partially blocked. It is obvious the rooms are not used much if at all.

Hotel has a very vintage feel to it, from the lobby design to the room furniture which i have liked personally. There is a happy hour every evening where you can have some free wine or other drinks. No option for washing your clothes, you will need to find a coin laundry for that and hopefully those are a plenty in Japan. Quite a walking distance from the Kanazawa train station, i would suggest taking a taxi if you have a lot of luggage.

Location was central. It was within the samurai district and within walking distance to the major attractions. Transportation was easy as it was served by many buses.

We loved the place its a great hotel with a lovely feel. Location is great right next to the park and walking distance to all the attractions. Kanazawa is a great city, people are welcoming and the nearby restuarants are great. Would definatly return to this Hotel when back in Kanazawa. Adsolutly nothing, place is great.

It is conveniently located in the same building as the tourist information center. Its location is extremely convenient for accessing Kanazawa Castle Park (金沢城) via Oyama Shrine (尾山神社).

This was a lovely hotel to stay in. For various reasons related to my travel arrangements, I ended up staying in 3 different room types (double, single and twin) and they were all very comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. There wasn't any room service and the hotel restaurants were not always available, so it is necessary to be organised for meal requirements. Fortunately, there are plenty of local restaurants as well as mini-marts selling meal snacks.

The interior looks very nice and professional, the staff are amazingly helpful and friendly, and they had even put up our home country's flag specifically for our visit which was such a kind gesture. Amazing place, would stay again.

Everything was great. The hotel is located a short bus ride from the train station, the checkin was flexible and smooth. Finally, the room we were given was just huge a so chique with a nice view of the city. If we are ever back in Kanazawa we will come back here for sure.
