Super location! We stayed there during a major snow storm and still could walk to all the major attractions in Kanazawa - the castle plus garden, the Samurai district, the Omico Market etc. Great value!

It was comfortable, and the staff were lovely. It was in a great area, with lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. Would definitely recommend.

You get what you pay for so nothing crazy fancy but still nice. Very close to restaurants and tourist spots Wish the wifi was protected. Not the biggest fan of open wifi but other than that no complaints.

Very nice staff. Old and stuffy. Cleanliness - stained carpet, dusty baseboards - scuffed and scratched furniture- did not feel clean. There was no air conditioning, so they opened the window for us.

The breakfast is very delicious. The room area is too small, and there are not washing machine.

Liked the close location to the Samurai Village, Kenrokuen Gardens and Kanazawa castle park. Nice assortment of hot and cold dishes served for breakfast - eggs, bacon, cereals, breads, juices and even some desserts. There was a nice bottle of mineral water in the room too. Location was a 30-40 minute walk from Kanazawa station - lots of buses go that way if you dont feel like walking. The TV was on the small desk which took a fair bit of desk space when there is also a phone, writing pad with pen and kettle on that desk. Nice to have a little round coffee table and chair by the window to have a meal or work on the laptop, however the window had no outlook, facing a big white building across from it. Also wasn't impressed with the ¥200 per night accommodation tax, although a small amount, it was the only hotel I've stayed in Japan that charged this tax.

It is just outdated. The air conditioning was not working properly. The staff at the hotel was very apologetic, but the room stayed warmer than we wanted. It was just uncomfortable. We will not stay there again.

Location is good and price is reasonable The room is not small but is poorly designed. I cannot even open my suitcase.

Definitely an older business hotel. The elevator smelled like cigarettes and the room was very dated.

perfect location for all the attractions and shopping. Room was a good size I would say large for Japanese standard and the shower had great pressure. nothing

The location to the tourist sites was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful, varied, and tasty. Typical Japanese hotel room. On site parking available meant nearby parking lots that ended up being more per day than what was quoted.
