To have a wardrobe to put the clothes easily

Great to see a bathroom with a full private “sentō” and with toilet separated from the shower. The staff (both dinosaurs and humans) was awesome and they served the best breakfast I’ve seen - lots of Japanese traditional breakfast food, but also some western stuff to make sure other guests have something to eat :) Really well positioned, right beside the park and the Castle, and on the “fancy” neighborhood with all those nice stores (Rolex, TagHeuer, Cartier, etc.)

Quite interesting "staff" at the lobby, very good location during the Hyaku Mangoku festival.

The dinosaurs. Everything was perfect.

I would have liked to have a microwave in my room as opposed to one in the lobby. In the end, I was grateful to have access to a microwave at all.

Breakfast was good Would not process our reservation would not take the card that we were trying to use my end up having to get money from my friend Clay for our room because they would not take a credit card

Amazing hotel, one bus from Kanazawa station.

Location was great easy walk to the castle and gardens. Lots of great food choices within easy walking distance. The Dino’s were a great novelty. The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing after our previous experience in Tokyo and knowing how much great food was in Kanazawa. I would have skipped the breakfast and eaten out.

I only saw the entrance, we never stayed there and the reason was that they did not accept our 3 credit cards. They weren’t helpful at all and they charged me the full amount even though i didn’t stay there. Nothing

The prime location of Henn na Hotel makes it easy to visit many iconic landmarks and attractions in Kanazawa. The price is unbeatable with all the amenities we need. The staff is prompt to respond to a small issue with the sink. NA

The location is amazing, very close to everything like the Castle, park, mall, food center, bus station, a few minutes walk in any direction and there's something to do or to visit. The room had a decent size and the cleaning staff comes in daily to do refills. There are baggage lockers at the entrance which was awesome and the staff was very helpful when we shipped our luggages at our next hotel. The sink is not in the bathroom but rather next to the entrance and it's not only small, it's more like a miniature.
