Staff finally gave us a different room after we showed them that the air-conditioning didn't work. Staff was nice and patience with us. I booked the room when grandson had be transported by ambulance 1 1/2 hours from home. I had his mother 3 younger siblings in the car with me. When the EMT or nurse said he'd would have to stay over night. It was late and I got on booking.com to book a room. Being worried and stressed I booked a room at an close and affordable price. What I didn't do was check the date that I booked the room for. The children I went to check into the motel and they couldn't find our reservation. I looked up on my phone a different discovered I'd check the date it it was for next money. Unfortunately I couldn't cancel and get by money back. They had available rooms for that night but at $100.00 more. ( I booked a different motel. I was much nicer and had a nice hot breakfast. The air-conditioning worked great and the beds were comfortable and pool was open.) The pool was closed and under construction on this stay. The breakfast wasn't great. Wouldn't stay again. Ever time the children see Baymont by Wyndham they say I never want to stay in one of them again.

At checkout when I reiterated the problems that there wasn't a TV remote and was told that we were supposed to ask the front desk for one when we wished to use the TV. No one told us this when we checked in and frankly that's ridiculous for how many rooms are in this hotel. I understand we pay for what we get, but I still expect a shower curtain. I will not use this hotel again.

The Price! The Bed was Comfortable, the pillows were soft but with good support. The shower was good and Hot. It’s access to I-70 Also, it is easy walking distance to a GREAT BBQ restaurant… Rosedale BBQ. I would probably go back The Neighborhood! The Smoke detector hanging from the ceiling.

1st room - toilet plugged up, 2nd room tub was disgustingly. Didn’t shower…. Carpets were filthy - walked barefoot on it 1st night and my feet were black! Only stayed because it was so close to ku med center.

Hotel was clean, in decent proximity to things I did on this trip, and had no issues with check-in. There is a $150 refundable deposit required on top of Expedia fees. Lots of open parking. Pool isn’t open which was a bummer. Heavy police presence on the streets nearby at night so never felt unsafe here.

I didn't partake of their breakfast. The shower didn't work. Most of the water went out the handle and not the shower head. Dirt was caked up on the floors. The toilet was dirty and would hardly flush. The room fridge was not locked down and when you tried open the door it would fall out of its space. Plus the freezer area was so full of ice you couldn't put anything in it. The girls at the checkout didn't really know how to process the check-in. Overall, if I hadn't been so tired when I checked in, I would've left and found another motel, but it was nonrefundable. Overall it was a dirty place.

Terrible smell in the room

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, good room size, and delicious breakfast. Nothing!

Although the staff was super friendly there are a few who do not particularly share any interest on placement of rooms offered at such a late time at night.

The rooms were pretty clean and the staff was pretty friendly, outdoor pool was closed but I wasn't going to use it, overall a very enjoyable stay!

Not a bad place to stay especially for the price. Only minor issue is had was the knob to the shower broke off. Water didn't get very warm either.
