Unfortunately, the room was uncomfortable. The AC worked fine, but there was so much humidity and stale air in the room, evn the towels felt slightly damp. Luckily, we were only staying one night.

Check in person was awesome. The entire property stunk. The elevator was rickety and would not go to the 3rd floor. There was a gap at the bottom of the room door that a small animal could get under. Beds were harsh. Again, everything smelled. Needs a bulldozer.
-
Elevator broken 3rd floor, The lobby was dirty. The room: dirty carpet, sticky bathroom floor. Cockroach came out of the wall socket No way to make coffee because the tray to hold coffee pod was missing. The bed was nice. The breakfast is why I gave it two stars because the breakfast was good. The rest of it, wasn't worth the gross factor.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Small but functional bathroom. Older property in need of a facelift. It worked for us as a place to sleep and get cleaned up.

There were changes since my last stay in the room quality. I understand this hotel keeps booked up and wear and tear on fixtures, walls, Lighting, cleanliness. However, compared to my last stay a month ago noticeable change!

The staff was kind but unfortunately the hotel itself is not well maintained. The a/c system used in the entryway, hallway, and rooms, just left the whole place feeling humid and damp. The door the room had a large gap along the side and bottom that didn’t make it feel very secure. The room was mostly clean but it hasn’t been maintained properly over time so it didn’t feel clean. There were pimple stickers stuck to the wall near the mirror and the carpet would turn socks/feet black. The constant moisture in the room never let you get comfortable. The location was great for what we needed but I would stay elsewhere in the future.

You truly get what you pay for. If you want a cheap place just to lay your head down at night, this is the place to go. Also please be aware that they charge a refundable $150 damages fee at check in. I was unpleasantly surprised with this when I arrived. If you're a student on a budget like me, please plan ahead.

The AC unit wouldn't stay on consistently and was difficult to regulate temperature. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain properly and the elevator was out of order. Only stayed one night, so it was manageable but I would not stay here again.

When I booked this hotel on Expedia, it was rated as a 7.4. This hotel is far from and is maybe a two. There is no way the rooms are up to code. The toilet seat was the wrong type for the style, the electrical outlet was hanging out of the wall, there was rust and crud in the corners of all the windows i& the shower. The window air-conditioning unit was worn, and only some buttons worked. There were bicycles in the hall, like people are actually living there. The elevator only worked part of the time and was in disarray with a terrible paint job inside and vents that didn't fit. It's like they Thrifted things to attempt to upgrade and it did not work out. There's also a creepy guy in the hallway that was talking to us that made us leave and go to another hotel that felt safe & Secure.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay! I was a bit skeptical of what we would find when we arrived, as I have seen multiple reviews that referred to the area a sketchy. We did not find that to be the case at all. We had a seamless check-in with a very helpful gentleman at the front desk. We were very please that our room was only very close to the front door...no stairs or elevator needed. The room was quiet and clean. They offered a full breakfast, which was very good! Overall, I rate our stay at the Comfort Inn as a 5/5. I read a lot or reviews on properties, and reading some of the previous negative reviews left me somewhat dumbfounded. This was a nice property, and would definitely stay here again.

Room decrepit. Peeling paint, terrible smoke like smell. Hair all over the bath, shampoo and conditioner empty- nice to discover mid shower, cherry on top- window shade was broken so i had to use pillows to get privacy.

The only problem is a high security deposit that can take 5 to 10 to be returned
-
Bad hotel and very expensive

The coffee and apple juice at breakfast wasn’t bad. Water pressure was good and hot water. paid way way too much for this place. Breakfast food was inedible. room floors and walls were not clean. room was somehow humid and cold at the same time. carpet had a large burn spot and was sticky everywhere. No fan in the bathroom so there was some mold.
