Cleanest Room, friendly and attentive Staff, good size Laundry Room, nice Pool, spacious Floor Plans/Hallways & plenty of parking !!

I reserved a smoking room, single bed but ended up with a non smoking room with double beds. I live with terminal hip and neurological problems and can't walk far without hip pain and/or migraines which is why I needed the smoking room. Should get a discount on my next room otherwise I'll be staying elsewhere next time I visit North Kansas City.

This place is not an inn, hotel or motel, it is a poorly kept extended stay lodge. The hallways smell of stale cigarette smoke and pot. The room I walked into (and immediately left) was filled with the smell of mildew. It doesn’t matter what the listing says, they don’t serve anything for breakfast and haven’t since 2020. I was not given a receipt or any documentation of my check-in and immediate check-out. The staff and the manager refused to refund the money I paid, regardless of the fact that I was on site for less than fifteen minutes.

Signs say no smoking but the hallways smell harsh of cigarettes. The rooms were decent but did not sleep at all. Paper thin walls and lots of activity and loud sounds/activities. Would not reccomend for families.

The first room I was given was not good. AC was not working. I asked for a different room which was better. But the plugin in the bathroom in that room. was not working. They fixed it right away.

The lobby looks nice but entry smelt like urine and whole place smelt like Marijuana my room was sort of clean but no toilet paper and seemed like a lot of people wandering around but it was cheap

I booked a non-smoking room but weed and nicotine smell infiltrated into my room and woke me up with nausea and headaches throughout the two days of my stay. Book this place only if you smoke or you don't mind smoke smell. Most of the guests seem long-term residents and greet you woth smiles. But there were concerning loitering in the parking lots. But hey, its north Kansas City! I felt safe once I entered the property.

I had no issues with my staying or my room at all. It was actually a very quiet evening because I didn’t hear any of the other people in the rooms around me

The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a pervasive cigarette smell throughout the property (not the hotel's fault, though). The area seems a bit shady.

The bathroom exhaust fan & light above sink did not work & were dirty. Toothpaste splatters along back of sink & mirror frame. The shower curtain looked like it had crap on it. There was a peanut laying on the bedside table when we arrived. The carpet was well overdue for a cleaning. For me the bed was way too soft & the pillows almost nonexistent. Didn’t have any interaction with staff other than checking in & checking out. I did inform the clerk of these issues when checking out. She said she would let the manager know. When informing her of the exhaust fan & light, another guest spoke up & said none of them work. So I guess they don’t manage upkeep well.

Room was clean and comfortable beds. Very good deal for price!

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were really nice and helpful. The room was clean and everything I needed.

The place was very dirty, the first room had mold, stains animal urine on floor, the second room has smeared blood on bathroom door and blood splattered on wall and bug on bed.
