Excellent

No place to park for loading and unloading. No breakfast. Homeless vagrants around, on and inside the property. Back door latch broken allowing unrestricted access. Horrible a/c set to 62°F on checkin and when switched to heat, vented exhaust set off the smoke alarm. We did get a heavy blanket which helped us stay somewhat warmer. The shower was one thing that worked quite well. We’ve spent our last night in this horrible hotel.

Overall, you get what you pay for it was what I expected. Budget accommodations.
-
Simple and clean, the room was exactly what you’d expect. It wasn’t the most updated space, but it was practical and the bed was comfortable. An interesting detail was that the pillows were different materials and firmnesses so you had options. The shower had good pressure. Our room was not very accessible. No grab bars in the tub-shower combo, but I also didn’t request those features. We were only there one night and it was pleasant
-
I loved having access to restaurants, a full service laundry mat across the street and the access to the downtown area and sites is easy to access. I was impressed and enjoyed the amenities in the room and it was very nice

The 100 deposit

Room was nice and the staff was very helpful but I didn’t feel safe because of other customers renting the place. For the price it was still very good.

Great service
-
The beds had used sheets on them. Air has a funky smell to it. Walls are really patched up. Worth 70 bucks. No toiletries besides soup.
-
The front desk was helpful and told me that the concert was cancelled due to the weather during the FIFA World Cup event.
-
Parking lot Bed frames were way too loud if you stub your toe at night it sounds like a bomb went off. Turned the bath on for maybe 15 minutes and the whole bedroom was COVERED in condensation until 11 am checkout. Very unhappy.
-
The staff wasn't hospitable and the excuses from the front desk wasn't reasonable enough. The charge for a deposit didn't help either and the accusation of me stealing an iron and ironing board was unacceptable.
-
Staff was respectful and clean And mannerable
-
The TV not did the phone work
-
Pretty good for the price
