The heat advisory for the area had been over 100!° we checked in at around 3pm. The room temperature did not get below 75° until around midnight. The floor tiles had gaps between tiles in the bathroomarea..Staff was awesome.

It wasn't all bad, we had some staff members who actually were really kind and helped us when we needed. I have two autistic children and a baby with health issues and they made us feel comfortable and welcomed The GM and another staff member I think it was either Rachel or Rebecca was her name was highly disrespectful, no communication between anyone there, two of our rooms had blood on the sheets and we had to be moved to different rooms. I came to extend our rooms and Rachel/Rebecca said one thing but didn't tell her GM that and rushed my family out of the hotel, mind you at the time it was just my fiance with our three kids. When my son got lost they ignored me asking for help until other staff members came forward and helped me. Police were also contacted because of it

Staff was very kinda and helpful. The room could have been a bit cleaner but it was nothing crazy. We enjoyed our stay and the location is convenient.

Our room had a water leak in the bathroom that had water coming up from the under the flooring and pooling on the floor making for gross and dangerous conditions in the bathroom. There was no equal or bigger room to accommodate our family that we could move to unfortunately so we had to just pile extra towels and bath mats to soak up the water

Nice place. I booked it in a hurry and ment to book a different Aloft location. There isn't anything in the area around this hotel. You have to drive to do anything. On the plus side, there's lots of free parking.

The lobby was very clean and so was the room. A light was left on, so upon entry the room was not dark. Parking lot was overall clean, but did have a few little rocks that could get in a tire. The staff were very friendly.
