Side Street Entrance was a little off putting but I didn’t have any problems, House Keeping Never checked in on me for towels or tidying up, But the Staff was Pleasant.

Location was great. Breakfast was good. There were no noise complaints. Water pressure was good. Only one elevator was working and it was very slow.

It was clean and the staff were friendly. Everything was organized and clean.

Only stayed one night so I cant say too much but the room was nice. The shower could've been cleaner and add a floor matt in the shower. I literally slipped and fell while showering and almost broke my leg and hit my head.

But, some small stains on walls, carpets, and surfaces, a little tlc may be due shortly

Close to transit. Clean rooms, free coffee and tea, Computer for use with printing. Common areas welcoming and the laundry was excellent after travelling for 3 weeks.

Great location to downtown area - walkable to Union Station and many restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful, underground parking felt safe and convenient. Room is spacious with so many amenities! Would definitely stay again on our way through KC.
