I really liked the location. It was close to the city center and main attractions. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel was very clean, and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a good Halal variety. The Summer Card was a great bonus, it saved us money and made it easy to explore the area. None

Location for walking to restaurants was convenient. Staff were very kind and helpful. Everything was great!

Very good location in very center of Kaprun. When travelling in summer we found a parking space in front of hotel it was comfortable to walk around our dogs. The staff was helpful they missed that we booked for three persons (instead of two) so have changed the room for a bigger one. Very good breakfast.

This place has such a warm, welcoming feel. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, and our room was clean and super comfortable. We really enjoyed the traditional Austrian charm, and the mountain views were just beautiful. We’d definitely come back! Nothing

Fantastic hotel for our ski weekend. Friendly, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, comfy room with a great balcony, and we really enjoyed the amazing sauna in the hotel. Very convenient to the slopes for skiing! nothing really

Good breakfast but could do with another hot option or two. We had eggs and sausage only. Would have preferred a second coffee machine and for the hot lids to be on a hinge so that they could be placed out of the way safely. Some of the rooms have been upgraded and these are great with quality fittings etc. The older rooms have poor cushions (the ones that crush almost flat) and unlined curtains so the light comes in very early in the morning. The TV has very limited english language options and no ability to log into netflix etc
