Everything was perfect. I would like to thank all the reception staff for their outstanding hospitality. They were all incredibly welcoming, friendly, and supportive throughout our stay. I don’t remember their names, but every single one of them was kind, professional, and always willing to help. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

Need air condishiner

Kitzsteinhorn resort was great for skiing, we had good amount of snow (considering we visited in March) and well prepared slopes, pretty good variety of red and black options. Something to keep in mind if you're planning to ski during March or later, Schmittenhohe part of the resort has much lower altitude and the ski conditions in this area might not be so good during these days. We visited Schmittenhohe area one morning and decided to return to Glacier area in the middle of the day due to the poor conditions of the slopes. (slush & ice & basically not enough snow)

The staff was friendly, helpful, informative. They made the hotel feel like a home. The breakfast staff was delightful and so was the food. Livia and Tome were great. Could not have asked for a nicer more enjoyable stay! Truly hated to leave. Sometimes staying out of the country things can be challenging, locations, expectations and so forth. Here we felt at home, comfortable and most of all happy! Thank you! That we had to leave.

Excellent hospitality, wonderful staff, very good breakfast, perfect location 2 min walk to Maiskogelbahn. The room was very tight for 2 adults and 2 children.

Location, Staff The bed and pillows are horrible The heating in the room didn't work (19 °C, it isn't possible to change) No fridge or kettle in the room Breakfast - 4 from 10, lack of healthy food Restaurante - the worst we visited in Kaprun The corridor is constantly dirty with street dirt, and there are stairs between the elevator and rooms A glass of water in the lobby costs 2 Euros Parking is 150m from the hotel Game room - it's better not to name it in this way

Great location and amenities! Stunning views, close to everything you want. Benny at the front desk was incredible and made our stay better than we could have even imagined from finding and securing things for us to do to getting us additional room. Amazing!! Will be back!

1- perfect staff all .. especially ironman 2- nice location 3- available car parking Need kettle in room .. cuz. When you have baby you should go to lobby for hot water there are 3 kettles in lobby for all

The hostess was very helpful and kind. I liked the location of the hotel as it is close to all services. There is also private parking available at the hotel and it is free. I booked in August and honestly the weather was a bit hot most of the time but there was no air conditioning or refrigerator in the rooms.

Great location in the center, close to most activities and daily needs. also a wonderful hostess, who is very kind and helpful.

Location was good and parking was free which is a good thing also its a great experience reception ladies were very friendly and very helpful and upgraded our room thanks a lot No coffee in the rooms or kettle no tissue very small towels.. noise can be heard Easley from who stays above footsteps any movement that was really annoying and late time too no considerations.. no AC only electric fan only it was very hot in the room
