The Maiskogel Ski Elevator is just steps away. The spa area is set on 2 levels and includes several saunas, a modern fitness room, a relax room with waterbeds, and a beauty center. The sun terrace offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. A wide range of Austrian and international dishes is available in the restaurant. The spacious lobby has an open fireplace and a bar. The modern, Alpine-style rooms at Das Alpenhaus Kaprun inkl Zell am See-Kaprun Sommerkarte feature an LCD TV, a mini-bar, and a bathroom with hairdryer. Most have a balcony. A ski school and a ski rental can be found at the hotel. Ski passes are also available. In summer, guests receive a 30% green fee discount on the two 18-hole courses of the Zell am See Golf Club. On request, guided hiking and e-bike tours are possible. Transfers from and to the train station at Zell am See are available at an additional cost. Great Breakfast, beds were great just the bedding could have been a bit upgraded especially the pillows and the third additional bed fall apart under our 12 year old son. The third additional bed fall apart under our 12 year old son. Also our friends only 2 people in the room, they had 2 rooms and both have been allocated a larger room then 3 of us plus our dog in the room causing a bit of a discomfort.

Amazing food. warm and helpful staff. super comfortable. Absolutely beautiful spa area which we did not have time to use but wish we had slightly noisy at night when you have a room overlooking the main square.

Location and comfort, great view. Before coming to the hotel for birthday celebration I asked for a room on a higher floor, unfortunately I just had on 1st floor. Also for special occasions they prepare a nicer table at breakfast, unfortunately on my birthday they prepare it for other guests and didn’t do it for me. That was disappointing, considering that I’ve asked in advance.

The hotel has an amazing location, clean rooms, and a relaxing spa area. The staff were very kind and professional — I even forgot my jacket at checkout, and when I came back two days later, they had kept it safely for me. Excellent service, delicious breakfast, and a perfect stay overall. Highly recommended! Nothing remarkable

Nice hotel in the middle of kapron they have a car parking and there is some shops around them the stuff were friendly and they have good breakfast and they give you summer card which is nice. It is expensive, I'm there is no air condition in the summertime, because sometimes it get really hot.
