Could be nice if it was until 10:00.

Location is in center of town close to supermarket and restaurants. Staff members were fantastic and helpful. Nothing.

Everything was perfect Petra was so supportive. You feel the hospitality from the first moment you enter the hotel View of the room was out of this world. Choose your room carefully, it worth every euro Location is perfect. Only 10 - 12 minutes from Zell Am See , and very near Kaprun attractions. Two minor suggestions: 1- A wider selection of pillow types should be offered to accommodate different preferences. 2- The TV should support streaming services such as Netflix and YouTube

The stay was very comfortable. The hotel pays great attention to every detail, and the reception staff were kind and welcoming. Thank you! Nothing

It was amazing, it feels like home rather than a hotel, you feel welcomed and the rooms are clean, spacious, and cozy, loved every detail. Nothing

Best room in Kaprun with luxury services I enjoyed every moment I highly recommend it with the insane view I loved it

Loved the room and the sauna. After a long skiing day it was an excellent way to relax. The location is absolutely superb. The management (two sisters) are always there and ready to help. Thank you! The cleaning did not pick up/cleaned used glasses, plates. It was actually the only downside with the service. Another thing is - you need to carry your suitcases yourself as there is no one (man) to assist.

Lovely hotel. Very quiet and private. Location is perfect; in the center, 5 min walk to the gondola. Hotel is new, clean and well maintained. Dinner at the restaurant really really amazing. Petra is always available for messaging via what’s app.

Great room, wonderful breakfast, fancy shower. The staff was very welcoming. No reception so we had to wait outside to check in. No direct lift access - you need to climb a short staircase to get to your room with the luggage. Booking.com claims it is ski to door but actually it is not - 5 min walk to the lift. Overall great place but at >$400/night the value for money is sub optimal.

We expected a cozy yet luxurious hotel with great food, and that's exactly what we got. The rooms were tastefully and practically furnished. Our view from the room was stunning, and the soft bench under the window was the perfect spot to relax in the evenings. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I absolutely loved the breakfast! There was a wide selection of cheeses, hams, and salamis—so many, in fact, that it was impossible to try them all. Egg dishes were freshly cooked to order. The restaurant didn’t disappoint either. You can enjoy a variety of local dishes with a modern twist. The chef truly knows how to cook a steak, which was a refreshing highlight of our dining experience. The freshness of the ingredients really stood out and made a noticeable difference. It seemed like any wine on the list would be a safe and excellent choice. We were absolutely delighted with our stay and couldn’t have been happier with our decision. There's nothing negative to point out.

My stay at Margarethenstein Boutique Hotel was disappointing. The room was cold upon arrival, and I had to manually turn on the radiator, which was inconveniently hidden behind a wooden cover, making it difficult to access. Breakfast was equally disappointing, there was expired bread, moldy fruit, and poor-quality food (unluckily I ate some and I had a problem). Expired food is particularly dangerous for me due to severe food allergies, and for this reason, I must rate my stay with the lowest possible rating. One evening, there was no hot water available for a shower without any advance information. Communication with the staff was frustratingly slow and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the check-out process included incorrect billing, further adding to my dissatisfaction. While the hotel boasts beautiful design and a convenient location, these serious shortcomings completely overshadowed any positives. For the price charged, the service and overall experience fell far below expectations.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with our recent stay at Hotel Margarethenstein from 19.2.2024 - 22.2.2024. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the standards we expected, and I would like to highlight several issues that occurred during our stay: 1. Request for Additional Bedding: Despite several requests for a extra pillow and blanket for my three-year-old child, our request was only fulfilled on the last night after multiple follow-ups. To make matters worse, the blanket was handed to us in the restaurant, and we had to carry it to our room ourselves. As evidence of this issue, I have attached proof of our initial request. 2. Expired Food: • At breakfast, we were served expired bread with a best-before date of September 2024. • At dinner, my three-year-old was given ketchup that had expired in December 2023. The child later vomited in the morning and was unable to attend the prepaid ski lessons. •. From the minibar, my three-year old daughter ate Pringles chips that has also expired, with a best-before date of October 12, 2024. She is really sensitive and I suggest this might be a reason of her stomach problems. I would like to inform you that I will report the issue of expired food to the relevant Austrian authorities 3. No Hot Water: On the last evening of our stay, there was no hot water in our room, which caused significant inconvenience. 4. Issues with Room Service: • Sauna sheets were missing in the room (room with the sauna included) • The housekeeping staff did not replace used towels with clean ones. Instead, they picked them up from the floor and placed them back on the edge of the bathtub. 5. Poor Communication: Throughout our stay, there was no one available to assist us. When messaging the contact number provided, responses were delayed by several hours or only came the following day. 6.
