Small decent room in the center of Kaprun. 3* not more. Nice atmosphere in the breakfast room. Safe parking with access control. The furniture, rugs, towels worned out. A very noisy group of young tourists staying in the same hotel (~10-12 German speakers) drinked, eat and laughed very loudly until 1 a.m. in the parking, under our window.

location wellness area staff helpfulness summer card booking through booking.com. half pension was not readily available during the booking process. I plan to stay there again next time but I will contact the hotel directly.

The hotel was located in the center, which means that all places were within walking distance The room lacked a set of disposable hygiene (toothbrush and toothpaste)

decent breakfast, centrally located hotel with a ski bus stop right outside the front door. massive room, nice and clean. no coffee making facilities nor minibar in a 4 star hotel. Hotel bar closed at 22:00 despite the fact there were many people there, willing to spend money.

this is undoubtedly one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in, a lovely Austrian chalet style building with a lovely room, clean, comfortable and modern. the staff were exceptional and the food delicious nothing
