The "Luis' Gardens" restaurant with terrace feels just as spacious as the big lobby and grows its own herbs in an indoor-farm in the middle of the dining tables. State-of-the-art aparthotel for active holidaymakers and nature lovers alike, sophisticated furnishings: natural materials such as reclaimed wood, natural stone. Spa and wellness facilities including a spa centre and a sauna are at guests' disposal during their stay at the accommodation. The spa facilities include an all-year outdoor pool with countercurrent system, a panoramic acacia sauna and deluxe sanarium (both with coloured lighting), an ice fountain, and a relaxation lounge with water beds. A solarium is available for a surcharge. From mid-May to mid-October, the Zell am See-Kaprun Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and buses. A parking spot in our underground parking garage costs 5,00€ per day/per car. We are happy to offer a daily cleaning service for an additional fee. A selection of different types of pillows is available at reception upon request; a special pillow menu is provided for you to choose from. Stylish, spacious, clean and comfortable 2 rooms apartment. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and cooperative. One room was next to a building under construction and there was some noise coming from there during daytime.

The beds was not comfortable and feeling etchings all the night which mean that they aren’t cleaned, and they don’t clean the rooms every day

Absolutely amazing hotel, rooms and facilities. Friendly staff helped with everything. Amazing underground parking and delicious breakfast and coffee. Best views from the rooms. We stayed in November, so the temperature of the pool should be warmer as it was slightly cold. Clothes free sauna area not very family friendly. Should have designated hours for families.

Simple breakfast They did not inform us that the main door of the hotel will be closed after a specific time ( around 7 or 8 - I dont really remember ) .. We reached late and the door was closed ,, we kept roaming aroud the hotel until we found a door in the back that was opening with the room's card ..

The hotel is close to the tourist attractions. The staff were more than happy to help and interact. The apartment was very nice and well arranged, except for toilet. NA Small thing that i didn’t like. We had an apartment of two rooms and there were two showers, but only one place for a toilet. Therefore, if there is more people staying, they will have an issue. This is just for the improvement of the hotel.

Need to change pillows and the carpet in the living area , need to to add iron and washing machine in the kitchen because its a pent house not room
