very close to all activities and other areas the apartment was direct on the street so it was a bit noisy from the cars passing

Everything was good, great location

The staff member responsible was not helpful and seemed not to care about the situation. At first, she only offered to clean the room the next day. Only after I expressed how upset I was and filed a complaint did she offer to move me to another room. Although the second room was cleaner than the first, it was still not properly cleaned, and the apartment was infested with ants. This hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating. The level of cleaning was very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

So welcoming and friendly

We could drive over to the ski lift as it is a 5 minute drive to the nearest lift. There is also a grocery store within a 5 minute walk so that was very convenient. The room was very comfortable for a family of 4 with a 10 year old and a 12 year old.

Good location, 5 mins walking to ski lift (Maiskogelbahn). Rooms are spacious and well equipped, they even had a sauna built in. Staff is friendly. There is a ski storage downstairs with heaters for the boots.

Very nice, spacious, modern apartment in an apartment hotel, with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. One with bath & shower, the other with shower. Spacious terrace with a sliding door, tables, and chairs so you can enjoy the mountain air and views of the slopes. You can see our terrace on the only picture I took of the appartment. The terrace continues on the other side. Our room was on the second floor with views of the slopes over the building. Both rooms have king-size beds + sofa bed on the living room. The location is as perfect as it can be, in the middle of everything. The main ski lift, Maiskogelbahn, is within a short walking distance. Restaurants and shops are also next to the hotel. The main grocery store is also almost across the street. And even though it is an apartment, it has hotel-like amenities, such as reception, a restaurant (breakfast included, dinner available, not included), and a sauna (free; just book at reception)... Late arrival is possible. They have a key box. We arrived at 4 am. Reception is open from 8-20, and by phone or call button around the clock (even 4 am). There are a few free parking places behind the hotel; however, we used their large parking garage (8 eur/day). It fits our long rental minibus. There are also EV chargers. You can access it with the keycard. You don't have to clean the room. Take out your rubbish and start the dishwasher, and off you go. Convenient. Tip: Free public transportation is included in the tourist tax. Download the Zell-am-See Kaprun app and register with the same email address as used when reserving your room, and you can use public transportation for free in the whole Salzburg area, including days of arrival/departure. The tickets don't appear in the wallet immediately; they appear within a few minutes. Be patient. Nothing, really.

Beautiful and comfortable appartment. The location was great. Parking available. Walking distance from super market. The kids loved the little outdoor place we had. I would go back for sure. We felt we had to force the guy at the front desk to call a restaurant for us because we didn’t have a phone to do it ourselves. He did it in the end but was not pleased. I know It was a last minute booking on December 24 but still.

This was my second stay here, and can’t wait to be back again honestly. The apartment is clean, has everything you need, the views are just perfect. The staff are very nice and friendly, this place feels like home. Everything was perfect.

The apartment was absolutely amazing in every way. It was very spacious, clean, and beautifully organized, with a spotless bedroom and a lovely balcony. The location is perfect, close to everything we needed. It also has private parking, which was very convenient. The apartment is fully equipped with everything – kitchen, bathroom, and all the essentials. The staff at the reception were also extremely kind and welcoming, which made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

I like the location of the place I was cooking in the apartment one day and the kitchen didn't have a clear instruction on how to switch on the fan for the oven so the fire alarm switch on one time and I contacted the lady her name was helga she was in the reception we ask for help to show us how it works and she was so rude and confirmed that there is a clear instruction in the kitchen and I confirmed with her there is no clear instruction she told us that why we have a steam in the kitchen?? That is the porpoise of having the kitchen jn the first place

No AC , and it’s important to have it.

I did not like anything. The stuff were not cooperated. They very agressive. They took alot of money and the appartment was not good. It was not clean. The stuff were not good treated with us. There is no cleaning service. There is no view. I am very disapppointed.
