كل شيء من موظفات الاستقبال الى عامل الصيانة الى موقع المكان او النظافة شيء محترم جدا، والاهم ان الوالدة انبسطت جدا فيه

The hotel was very clean, the staff were excellent and very friendly, the apartment was well-equipped with cooking facilities, and the location was close to everything. There was no air conditioning or even fans. The smell of animal manure in the area was very strong after the rainfall. The entrance to the parking garage was extremely narrow, making it difficult and inconvenient, especially for guests driving vans or larger vehicles.

1. المكان و الاطلالة الاكثر من رائعة الشقة رقم 34 تفوز بالاطلالة المميزة 2. يتوفر مطبخ مع ادوات الطبخ و يوجد ايضا غسالة صحون و فرن 3. الموقع جميل و بالسنتر 4. اطلالة الفندق جميلة جدا مطله على الجبل 5. توجد مطاعم عربية بالقرب من الفندق 6. توجد لديهم بطاقة كابرون زيلامسي 1. يوجد غسالة ملابس سعر الاستخدام 2 يورو و مكينه اخرى للتنشيف بسعر 2 يورو ايضا موقعها في قبو الفندق 2. الموقف غير مجاني ، سعر الموقف ب 16 يورو و يضاف للسعر ضريبة مدينة عن كل شخص في السيارة 3. مكواة الملابس تاخذها من الاستقبال و تسترجعها مباشرة بعد الاستخدام 4. مدخل المواقف ضيق و اذا عندك سيارة كبيرة راح تعاني في الدخول و الخروج 5. لايوجد تنظيف يومي يعني تنظيف ذاتي 6. مبلغ الوديعة مرتفع 500 يورو بس تقدر تعطيهم كاش و على طول بعد تشيك اوت يسلموك المبلغ اذا مافي ملاحظات

علماً اني دافع مع إطلالة ولاهي نفس الحجز اللي حجزته ونفس الغرف الغرف جداً جداً جداً ضيقه وتعاملهم نفسيات بالحيل عندكم خيرات افضل بكثير في كابرون

We had a wonderful stay at VAYA Kaprun. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and the entire team was welcoming and professional. A special thank you to Jwana for her continuous support and kindness throughout our stay. She was always available to help and made sure that everything we needed was provided promptly. Her dedication and exceptional hospitality truly made our experience even more enjoyable. The 500 € amount for deposit is too much

اخذوا مني وديعة 500 يورو ولما جيت اسوي تشيك اوت واسلمهم الكارد قالت برسل احد يجي يشيك على الغرفة ما ارسلت احد وقفلت الرسبشن وسرقت ال500 ولافيه اي احد بالفندق رحت لمركز الشرطه واتصلوا عليهم وقتها رجعت للاستقبال لكن تقول انكم تأخرتوا بالخروج وسحبت 100 يورو!! مع العلم التأخير كله منها وكنت بانتظارها ترسل احد! لكن كذابه واخلاقهم سيئة كلهم اللي بالرسبشن، لولا الله ثم مركز الشرطه مارجعتها وعلى فكرة حتى مركز الشرطه ماله علاقه بالموضوع ولابتقدر ترفع شكوى لانه كاش ومافيه شيء يدل عليها لذلك خذوا حذركم من هذا الكذب والاحتيال والله العظيم واجهنا تأخير ساعة ونص وواجهنا مشاكل في ترجيع السياره لانها اخرت وقتنا ???????? اكتبها بالانجليزي وسفل فيهم They took a €500 cash deposit at check-in. When I ?????? checked out, the receptionist told me she would send someone to inspect the room before returning my deposit. I waited exactly as instructed, but no one ever came. Instead, the reception was closed, there was no staff anywhere in the hotel, and I was left waiting with no way to get my money back. I had no choice but to go to the police station. After the police contacted the hotel, the receptionist finally came back. Instead of apologizing, she claimed we had checked out late and deducted €100 from my deposit. The so-called “late checkout” happened only because I was waiting for her to send someone to inspect the room, exactly as she had instructed. The delay was entirely caused by the hotel, not by us. The reception staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and dishonest throughout the whole experience. Because the deposit was paid in cash, proving everything became much more difficult. This situation delayed us by over 1.5 hours, caused unnecessary stress, and almost made us late returning our rental car. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and being very careful if they ask you for a cash deposit. Based on my experience, I would never stay here again.

The apartment was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect — the view, the location, the cleanliness, and the overall comfort. We truly felt at home during our stay. The host was also very kind and helpful, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The only downside was that the parking was quite expensive, but other than that, everything was literally perfect. Highly recommended!

I want to thank Yoanna and Jure at the reception they were super nice, very friendly and helped me change my booking dates without any problems. They made everything easy and pleasant. Definitely recommend this place!

The staff especially jury The apartment location The beautiful furniture There was no cleaning service for our apartment and it was a bit smelly when we enter it There is only 1 washing machine and 1 iron for all the buildings and apartments

Nothing There is no cleaning in the room, no air conditioning, and there is a bad smell in the room — it smells like sewage. They don’t even have a receptionist — I had to walk 1.5 kilometers to collect the keys.

Everything was great at Vaya Kaprun especially the staff. I wished if there is a washing machine available at every apartment.

The only thing I didn’t like is that no AC in the rooms. The weather is acceptable if you leave the window open we got bothered by the insects and mosquitoes getting in
