I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I informed the hotel in advance that I was celebrating my birthday and kindly requested a small complimentary gesture. Considering the price of the stay, even a simple complimentary cake or a small birthday treat would have been a thoughtful gesture and made the occasion feel more special. I understand this may not be a standard service, but it would certainly leave a lasting positive impression on guests celebrating special occasions.

Breakfast Bedding and comfort. Service was bad. Piss stains on the sofa bed and the extra bed they provided. Did not stay there. Left the property without refund.

A special mention to Madam Roshna from the management team—she was truly exceptional. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail stood out, and she made sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. Her support and warm attitude really made a difference. The only downside during our stay was the change in the hotel’s policy regarding outside food. Previously, guests were allowed to bring food from outside, but this is no longer permitted. Unfortunately, this was inconvenient for us, and we didn’t appreciate this change, as it limited our options. That said, aside from this one issue, everything else was excellent. I would still recommend this hotel for its great service, cleanliness, and overall hospitality.

I was taking shower n water supply was cut off due to some mentaince without informing... I wait for almost an hour with soup on my body for the water... I called the reception n spoken lady was their she replied what can I do if water is not coming in washroom very illmannered behavior... After a long wait n calling them again again I took shower....

Everything was excellent front desk staff, breakfast, room, ambiance and especially Rashna and Munjeeb were very delightful they both went extra miles to make our trip memorable definitely recommending friends and family from USA None
