Location was okay. But the coffee machine was out of order. Tea was stale. Bakery was stale. Staff indifferent.

I had an excellent stay and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their outstanding service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional, and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The location is very convenient, with Atrium Mall just opposite and Zainab Market within walking distance. A special note of appreciation to Front Office Supervisor, Mr. Haseeb Ahmed Qureshi, for his exceptional professionalism and attentive service, which truly enhanced my experience. I look forward to staying here again. Keep up the excellent work! The night shift front office team provided excellent service and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. I would, however, like to respectfully share a minor observation regarding their uniforms, which appeared somewhat worn. I apologize for pointing this out, but a refreshed and well-maintained attire would further enhance the overall presentation and guest experience. It may be worthwhile for the management team to consider this aspect, as it contributes to the property’s overall impression.

Beds were not made up daily, tv wasn't working, room was close to elevator and the noise was annoying

They tried to charge twice, i already paid and shared the receipt with them yet they wanted to charge once more at time of checking-in

We enjoyed our stay - 8 days in all. Staff in the buffet area were exceptional. Can’t say enough good things about them. Good choices in the buffet table. A couple of suggestions for improvement: cleaning staff should replenish all the supplies after cleaning, including placing clean towels. I had to ask the room service to bring me fresh towel every night. Also cleaning crew could have done batter job of the cleaning the bathroom.

The overall vibe of the hotel was good, staff was friendly and very considerate The room had a very funky smell when we entered and we called the room service for some air feshner. The plumbing kept making very loud weird noises after every now and then. The bed sheet cover should be changed since it was dirty from the corners.

I HAVE BOOKED THE HOTEL TO SEE MY FIANCE BUT THE STAFF EVEN NOT ALLOWED ME TO SHOW HER ROOM EVEN I TOLD THEM I CAME FROM ABROAD JUST TO SEE MY FIANCE BUT UNFORTUNATELY WAS DISAPPOINTED BUT WILL BE BACK AGAIN SOON AS A HUSBAND AND WIFE AND WILL SEE THE HOSPITALITY OF YOUR HOTEL
