Clean and safe environment Nothing

Nothing Disappointing experience at Pearl Inn, Saddar Karachi. Upon arrival, I asked the security guard where to park my bike, and he directed me to the back. However, after parking, a staff member asked me to remove it, claiming it wasn't allowed. When I explained the situation, he became aggressive and pulled my bike. When I took the issue to the manager and front desk officer, they dismissed my concern, blaming the domestic staff and implying I was at fault. Their response was unprofessional and unhelpful. What really bothered me was the clear lack of respect and professionalism. It's disheartening to feel judged based on my mode of transportation. If I had arrived in a luxury car, would they have treated me differently? It's unfortunate that people are still judged by materialistic things. I'm not asking for special treatment, just basic respect and courtesy. Considering the treatment I received, I wouldn't recommend Pearl Inn to anyone. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is disappointing. Perhaps they should work on training their staff and management to provide better service, regardless of a guest's appearance or vehicle."

The hotel met my expectations. It was clean, they had hot running water, power, reliable Wifi, and AC. The staff was professional and were able to quickly check me in the hotel. Beds were clean and hotel provided good room service. Rooftop area was amazing. Breakfast was ok. The omelet was great. I wished they had some options for children like cereal, donuts, pastry etc. However, the service at the breakfast area was exceptional. The location is in a busy area of Karachi, but worth it because you are close to major points of interest. I would stay again next year, and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Karachi. Overall real good, maybe breakfast options.

It was quite cool and comfortable There was separate place for masjid which was amazing Room were clean All staff were very cooperative and helpful Room staff service staff and reception staff all were simple amazing Specially Muneeb Muddaser and usman all were inviting you with their smoky faces and welcoming you warmly Thanks to all staff JAZAKALLAH khair Only need sound proof window because some the time when you sleep at night noises from the road coming into the room
