During winter i couldn't find hot water, Some of electric savers were flickering all the night. Only the staff was very cooperative and obedient.

Staff was so arrogant. they dont know how to speak. they were empty from respect.in washroom mixture was not good. only hot water coming. during bath skin was burning due to hot water.

Nothing 1.hard to find location. Nobody picked up phone for 9 attempts. 2. Within residential area. No nearby restaurants or stores. 3. Extremely dirty rooms. Cockroaches inside room and in toilet. Asked them to change sheets as it has marks on it. 4. Dirty toilet and it stopped working during our 10 hour stay. 5. Pretty sure it is used for other purposes. Overall not to stay with family at all.

good location, close to restaurants and supermarkets. also goos access to Karachi Cantt railway station. Staff are so lovely and weldomed me with hospitality. Breakfast is simple but very good. a little bit dark in the room
