Pool area was nice !! The food on breakfast was kind simple and sometimes not replenish in time . Location was not bad because between kata and Karon but if you have kids you will need get taxi to go around . The free shuttle to beach have only 2 times a day in the morning , no afternoon shuttle and no return just one way trip

We loved the room we stayed in which is close to the pool area. The location is great as it's near to both Karon beach and the Kata night market. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay. Pool timings could have been extended beyond 8PM.

The room, the staff, the pool, almost everything. If I had to nitpick, the breakfast room could be better. It‘s not bad. The food is still delicious, but the breakfast area is usually pretty hot due to the pancake machine and the live omelette station. Extra star for the hotel though - On the rooftop they have urban gardening, where they grow some of their own veggies, that we get to eat for breakfast, so that‘s very nice ☺️??

Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Location was a 10 minute walk to the Karon Beach which was not too bad considering the hot weather. Overall, it was a good, clean place to stay. No lifts to third floor which is where my room was located. Interestingly they did have available rooms on the ground floor which you would think would be used first before making guests haul their luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

The resort was very clean and comfortable, pool was lovely. Staff not as helpful as we have experienced at other locations. Breakfast was delicious Staff interactions, not very friendly

I really liked the place ,room was clean with everything that I need , breakfast so fresh and delicious, air con was great, daily house keeping, with bottle of water everyday , shuttle service free to go to the beach what was 12 minutes walking ( but if u are to lazy ) quiet and nice location, there are bus to go everywhere just few minutes walking ( to the old town, to the beach’s near bye, and to go to Phuket airport smart bus for 100 bath , what saved me 1000 bath on grab ) , swimming pool was great and nice size , lots of restaurants and 7 eleven around, after 5 different hotels in Thailand, that was my favourite, thank u for everything
