Spacious and clean room. The pool is ok. Friendly staff. The bus stop to Phuket Downtown Market is nearby and the are some good options of Thai food restaurants on the main street. I couldn’t pay with card. The electronic device used to receive payments wasn’t working properly so the only option left was cash payment which was very inconvenient for me.

Clean, quite, cozy and intimate atmosphere. Their shower heads can be a bit better with stronger water flow and more precise temperature control function.

My family and I booked this hotel during off season (June 2025) and absolutely loved every quiet minute of it. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the diamond suite, and it was very luxurious! The room was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and the pool was immaculate with warm warm. Also the villa came with a full sized and fully equipped kitchen which was a huge bonus! You can tell how much pride the owners and staff take into their property. If I ever return to Phuket, I would definitely stay here again! As stated, I would say everything was fabulous. But there was a small leak in one of the rooms, and the first 2 nights our shower water was cold. We did see a couple of bugs in the kitchen/living area - but I will say with such a tropical climate bugs are definitely expected (though, it may be good to put some glue traps in place). Still, none of these points would be a reason not to stay in this magical place.

- terrace - clean and comfy room - close to Big Buddha trail - very good breakfast - cheap restaurants nearby - heavy traffic on the nearby street makes it challenging to cross safely.

We stayed here for our honeymoon on the 18th March. We read the reviews on Kata Tranquil villa's prior to booking and the amazingly positive reviews were one of the main reasons we booked to stay here and we have to say.... The amazingly postive reviews were not wrong. We absolutely fell in love with it and the staff! All the staff were above and beyond polite and helpful and couldnt be more so. The lovely lady 'Noi' who we dealt with most of the time was just so incredibly nice, fun and helpful to us no matter what we needed.. Always there with a smile, even trying to teach me a bit of Thai lol but all the staff were just so amazing, warm, always smiley and friendly and thats what you want when booking! I believe in if you treat others with kindness and respect you will get that back and we certainly got that back from Noi and her team you folks where just simply amazing to me and my wife!! The hotel itself was just perfect for what we needed, a nice tranquil spot with not too much noise, beautifully kept and constantly manicured gardens and far enough away from the main road that you couldnt hear it. Poolside although not a huge pool it was beautiful and kept immaculate and clean and with only having 8 or so loungers around it that made it never feel too over crowded and most of the time we had the pool all to ourselves. We stayed in a superior garden villa with garden views and it also had an outside kitchen which was just amazing touch and great to just spend time outdside in the heat while chilling, cooking or eating and drinking. The rooms were huge and again kept just immaculate with plenty of towels and toiletries. I liked everything about this place

Away from me the beach so a quieter location but still only 15min walk to the beach front. Room was very clean. Pool looked great although we didn't have time to try it out To get to the beach you need to walk along the edge of a very busy 4 lane road.l for a short way.

The rooms were large and airy. The beds were comfortable, and the aircon worked great. Bottled water upon arrival and within the fridge. The pool was right outside my door, which was a really nice touch for a quiet location. 5 minute walk from civilisation with a few cafes and restaurants less than 1minute walk away Breakfast choices would be fine for 1 or 2 nights but should do with a varied choice if you're staying longer. Basic sachet nescafe coffee was a little let down with filter coffee being preferred, but it was all completely acceptable for 1 nights stay.

Really clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and more. Loved the pool and the balcony area in particular! Probably our favourite hotel during our trip to Thailand. It is a bit of a walk from the beach. Not a problem at all if you’re only staying for a few days (like us), but perhaps might have been annoying if we were there for a couple of weeks.
