⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Beyond Resort was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, with breathtaking ocean views that create a relaxing and unforgettable atmosphere. The location is perfect—literally just a few steps away from everything you need, including restaurants, shops, and the beach. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Aum and Dang for their warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. They made us feel valued and ensured that every part of our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The facilities are excellent, well-maintained, and offer everything needed for a comfortable vacation. Considering the quality of the hotel, the service, and its prime location, it offers outstanding value for money. I highly recommend Beyond Resort to anyone visiting Phuket, and I look forward to staying here again. No elevator

The management

The breakfast was very good. The restaurant is located right on the beach (second floor). There is a large variety to choose from, both Thai and American. They have a great pool bar with swim up seats. There is no music so the atmosphere is very quiet. The hotel in general is very quiet which could be a huge bonus as you are surrounded by a very busy area. Very vibey, lots of restaurants, bars, beach clubs and shops.

The location is amazing. Loved the pool and the ability to go to the beach as well. Transport to sight seeing and local areas very easy. Food was excellent and the staff, especially, Nikoyn, Tod, Aum and Kiap were all exceptional. The staff made my birthday celebration very special. Thank you to all. Nothing!

Well, some staff were great, but not all. Didn't like the fact that this hotel mostly caters to seniors. As an adult only hotel, and beach front, I expected more young couples, but the guests were mainly old European seniors. It made me feel like I was at a care home. The guests were pretty rude is a sense that they'd go take up the lounge chairs by the pool from early on, leave their towels on there all day long regardless of them actually being present there or not. Security was rude. We had my sister & her husband & 5 yr old child come to our hotel for a visit so that from there we could all go to dinner, but security rudely stopped them and denied them entry in that heat. The front staff as well. It was very frustrating because they were only visiting! The breakfast was limited selection and flavorless. I believe they catered to the senior taste, all their food lacked salt & seasoning. The coffee machine was one of those automated digital one. But they had an older male staff assigned to the station, who made coffee ready for grabs, but by the time guests were ready to ask for coffee, it was already cold. And when we asked for a fresh, hot brew, the staff member rudely said something under his breath in Thai language Overall, I'd not recommend this place to people even though it's beach front.

We had ants in our room as arrived and asked reception to spray something in the room and they did. The hotel in general can not considered as four star hotel it is at most three star. the lightings was not good it was somehow depressing when you were at the rooms. sunbeds were not enough for guests so usually if you were not able to reserve one in the morning there was chance to not getting any spot. Breakfast time was until 10:00 so make it a little bit hard to relax in the mornings. We had ants in breakfast as well in one of the sweet breads and notify the personnel. I would say the rooms and hotel in general require a renovation and deep cleaning.
